A quick and easy grounding meditation to do first thing in the morning to set you up for your day, bringing you back in to your body fully and completely after a night's sleep, connecting to the earth and gravity and bringing awareness to different parts of your body.

Hello,

I am Gabriella and welcome to today's meditation designed to set you up for your day and ground you into the present moment.

This meditation is perfect to do in the morning upon rising.

With your eyes closed,

Imagining yourself with a golden thread travelling down through your root into the earth below you.

With this golden thread,

It is going to travel through the concrete and the stone and the rock and the soil,

Travelling down past the lava and the water to the crystal energetic core of Mother Earth.

We are going to invite this golden thread to attach to the centre of this earth and to absorb the beautiful healing energy of Mother Earth.

We are going to invite this energy up on our inhale into our body so it may fill our whole entire being with light and love and grounding earth energy.

On the inhale we are going to imagine that this beautiful,

Healing,

Warm,

Amber like substance is travelling up through this golden thread,

Through our root,

Travelling down our legs to our feet,

Travelling up our torso,

Passing our spine,

Our abdomen,

Our chest,

Travelling up to our neck and down our arms and filling our whole entire face and head with any excess travelling up through the top of our head.

It is going to take a minute or two to allow this beautiful earth energy connecting us down into the earth and feeling the weight of gravity pull us down to the earth for a moment now.

When you feel full of this beautiful earth energy and the weight of gravity pulling you down,

I would like you to bring your focus of attention to various parts of the body,

Letting the intention that they are to become completely awake and aware.

Both feet,

Both knees,

Both hips,

Lower back,

Shoulder blades,

Back of head,

Elbows,

Shoulders,

Shoulders,

Wrists,

Top of feet,

Upper legs,

Forearms,

Mid back,

Back of the head,

Chest,

Chest,

The whole face,

Chest,

The whole entire body becoming completely awake and aware,

The whole entire body becoming completely awake and aware,
