Lucia Stefanow

Lucia is a certified Meditation teacher, passionened Breathworker and human BEING working on all kinds of fields of herself. Her Mission is to help young people to reconnect to themselves and their inner guidance. She started her inner journey at the young age of 16 and feels very privileged to have been able to heal, learn and grow a lot over the last years. Traveling, meditation, breathwork, personal development is a big part of her journey. At the moment she is doing a Pranayama Teacher Training to deepen her knowledge and practice with Breathwork.
