This is a great meditation for manifesting. I smiled and pictured myself near a pool in December. We have cold winters and I wished I could do it all year.

This was very effective. It was gentle and not forced. Sometimes thoughts lingered but the more I let the thoughts flow down to my feet they moved easier even the ones that seemed stuck finally loosened their grip. If you’ve been stressed and anxious for awhile it will take multiple times doing this practice most likely but at least now you have another tool to assist you and the ocean is always willing to help us transform if we remain open. 🙏🏻
