Love as a secret weapon.
It's a quiet catalyst.
Using love as our secret weapon,
Not because it conquers people or anything combative,
But because it sneakily and subtly transforms them.
It was a funny moment,
And we were just comfortably sitting in the love zone,
In our beautiful,
Comfortable lounge,
And my gorgeous man and I were chatting about the sad stuff that's out there,
The stuff that happens in the world around us.
I don't normally,
Like,
Watch the news or listen,
Because it interrupts my love flow,
But,
You know,
Every now and then,
He brings these things into the front of me.
And I had a thought while we were chatting.
For a long time,
I've held the truth that love is a secret weapon.
And even though it sounds kind of weird and a bit woo-woo to say it like that,
It's true.
Love is a secret weapon.
It's undercover,
It's definitely sneaky,
And most importantly,
It's often overlooked.
While Michael was telling me about some of the operating procedures of the different things happening in the world,
In the war zones,
In the places where people are governed by unloving souls,
And P.
S.
When he does this I normally put my hands over my ears and go la la la la.
But this day I was obviously meant to be listening.
And I thought,
I wonder.
With all of the censorship.
That he was telling me about for the people in war-torn countries.
Now just let's insert this,
Over-governed countries have internet censorship.
It's not something that we need to think about,
But they do.
They don't have the same.
Lateral ability is us to just ask a search engine about something.
The incoming will be governed,
Will be censored on them.
So that was where my thoughts went.
I wonder.

If people in war-torn countries,
Over-governed countries,
If the not being allowed to investigate or delve into the truths that we can find out,
I wonder how much importance the governance,
The people who are in charge of censoring,
Of governing that country,
Whatever,
I wonder how much importance they would give to this beautiful app we call Insight Timer.
Let's think about that again.
I wonder how much importance.
Of people,
Hmm.
Like not lovingly govern and censor information,
Would give to this app,
Insight Timer.
And I wonder if these warring,
Testosterone-packed people even look and see what we see.
And if they do.

.
Do they acknowledge it?
Do they see it as anything?
Personally,
I don't think they see something like this.
It's not in their conquering war style brain.
But if they did,
They would go,
Ugh,
It's not even worthy of a second glance.
And that's the area that made me in this moment consider and pull together all of the kind of loving thoughts that I hold in my heart for what I like to achieve in the world.

And at the time I had a look at the map.
And you know what?

And another time I looked at the end of my day.
Other times I have just looked randomly and always I see that in the middle of Russia,
In China and in other places where my geography doesn't remind me what the name of the country is,
People were listening to meditations on Insight Timer.
Have a look for yourself.
These people are listening.
These people are meditating.
And they are in the beautiful zone that you're in.
When they link into Insight Timer energetically,
They're part of your group.
So Think about what it means for these people.
Well firstly,
They can listen to a meditation.
They can use this amazing app to relax into a good sleep.
So that they can be refreshed and start their day uplifted.
They can alleviate their worry about the world by being inside a guided meditation or a soundbar.
And they can hold love in their shine,
In their energy field.
I don't know how you describe how your energy works,
But for me,
I think and feel that my love,
My thoughts,
My shine goes out into my energy field as an attractant,
As a magnifier,
As a magnetiser,
Sharing,
Sending,
Receiving,
On a greater level that we can even think about.
So from the love in their shine,
If you take this story that I use for myself and the one I share,
From the love in their shine and their energy field,
They go off to do their day.
And it overlays out into their own world.
Crossing over other people's energy fields.
And consciously uplifting.
Accidentally,
Randomly,
The people around them.
Where energy fields cross over.
Do you see that picture?
I love that picture.
And I realized that a long-held,
I could say an ambition,
Thought,
A hope for the world,
Is for love to heal on a massive scale.
And it is happening.
It's subtle.
It's undercover.
And it continues to be.
A groundbreaking movement.
There are probably other words to describe that,
But for me.

It's amazing.
When you think what you carry in your energy field is what you project,
And it's that simple for me,
Then holding love vibes,
Holding happy energy vibes,
Holding generosity,
Kindness,
Compassion,
They're all the things then are going to be magnified out into the world and magnetized back to you.
So yes,
I do believe that your own shine,
What you hold in your energy field,
Is going to make a difference.
And the way it makes a difference is how you hold true to you.
And the more you see you,
Holding your thoughts,
Holding your inner growth,
Holding your amazing uniqueness,
It makes a difference.
Of course,
This is not a factual claim,
But it's a powerful perspective.
So if you hold the thought that even in places experiencing conflict,
Individuals may still be finding moments of peace.
Of rest?
Comfort through something as simple as powerful as a meditation.
Tool.
A sound healing.
It's just beautiful.
The idea that one person's inner calm can positively affect the people around them is a meaningful one,
And it comes across very naturally the more you see how this works in your everyday.
