Beautiful souls.
Today I've called this particular meditation Authentically Me.
It could have a few other titles but mostly it's about how we live,
What files and programs,
Expectations,
Maybe inherited beliefs are influencing Your choices,
My choices.
What thoughts and actions prevent me from living my own true life?
And this is what prompted me to activate these things in my own energy field.
Some of my life choices lately have been making me feel limited.
So,
Of course,
I've got to fix that because this is what I do.
And then I share it with you.
So if you want to get very gently settled.
We can move into using my brainfile clearing process in meditation form.
Just to help you.
Reprogram.
Recalibrate.
Insert a new vibration.
So here you are.
Sitting or lying.
Be in your comfortable best.
Allow your body to really relax.
Just breathe in to relax.
Let's do a scan of your body.
And just see where we can pull out any more stress places.
Spread your toes really wide and let them just fall in and down.
Wriggle your ankles a little bit tighten up your whole leg both legs tight tight tight Let them fall wherever they want to.
Do a micro wiggle of your hips.
Ah,
Freed them up a little bit.
And from there,
Feel beautiful relaxation walking up the muscles that hold your spine together.
All the way up to your neck.
Now come around,
Come around to the front of your body and allow your tummy muscles to relax more.
If they don't want to,
If they feel tight,
Just use your hands to push in and out on your tummy and your solar plexus a bit.
Just to give it the option of relaxing a bit more.
Lift your shoulders high up.
And drop them down.
Tense your fingers,
Spread them out and let them fall again.
And same with your arms,
Tense all the muscles in your arms and then allow them just to fall and to relax.
Your neck,
Move it a little bit,
Invite it to relax a bit more.
And all the muscles that hold your head together.
Your jaw.
Your whole jaw,
All of it.
Top and bottom teeth areas.
Huh.
Your temple area,
Across the front,
Your third eye area,
All of the muscles that hold your brain in place.
Intend and allow them to just relax.
Now as your body's relaxing.
And feeling safe in this sacred space.
We're going to go into a visual style meditation.
And if you always think I can't do these things.
Then just wander along with us without trying too hard.
Allow the words to just activate you how they will.
Don't make it hard.
Allow your body now.
To feel totally safe.
Totally protected.
In the space,
The physical space that it's in.
And then let's take our awareness up into our mind space.
That beautiful mind space of possibility.
As you arrive there.
Take your awareness over to the left.
And ask your brain to show up.
Ask your brain to come and play this game with you.
Whatever shows up.
Is perfect for you.
Whatever feelings,
Whatever you see.
Just inwardly thank it for coming.
Now with your inner gaze,
Lift your gaze from the left up and over to the right and magically a curve will appear in the space.
We're going to use that curve for your files.
And then over on the right.
When you get there you'll see a container appear.
This container is for the files to be recalibrated,
Neutralized with love.
I call it the love container.
A container filled with love.
Just for this purpose.
Now come back to your brain.
And ask your brain.
If it would like.
All of the current files that it's been worrying about.
To be updated,
To be refreshed.
Just say bring all of the files that you've been worried about from this week,
From this day.
And as they come towards you in whatever form.
You don't have to look at them.
Just allow them,
Follow them with your inner eye up and over to land on the right in the love pile.
To be updated.
To be refreshed.
Now the files don't stay in the lab pile.
They magically get refreshed,
And then when they're done,
They slide back into a less prominent position in your filing system,
In your brain.
Now when you come back to your brain ask at this time.
To find files where you limit yourself.
Where you can't because,
Or I'm not sure if I can do that,
Any files related to limitation.
And as those files come towards you,
Feel them see them going up and over the air to land on the right in the love pile.
To be neutralized.
Recalibrated and reset.
Now come back over to the left.
And let's ask your brain this time.
For files.
On other people's expectations of me.
The should files.
The files where other people will say,
Why aren't you?
And when will you?
Don't look at the files as they come towards you.
Let's just gently watch them go up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
To be updated.
Or to be neutralized,
Maybe even archived.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left.
Ask it this time.
To get the files on where maybe you've been living someone else's life.
Where you're not inside your dream in this moment or any moment where that's happened,
Living someone else's life.
And let's lift those files as they come towards you up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
To be updated and refreshed.
Recalibrated and neutralized.
Now when you come back to the brain on your left.
Ask it this time.
To find files on family patterns,
Like DNA,
Ancestral memory.
This runs in the family.
This is how our family does things.
Any files to do with that.
Give your brain time to go back through the files,
Way back,
And find files that are relative to today.
And bring them out of that place.
And let's lift those vials up and over the ark to land on the right in the log pile.
Where they can be neutralized.
Refreshed A new story installed Now there's time when you come back to your brain on the lift.
Ask it to find files on success and visibility.
Like if I fully shine.
What will happen.
If I just be who I am.
What will happen.
Files that we can clear about outdated labels and identities that once served a purpose but now limit me.
And as those beautiful files come towards you.
With love,
See them going up and over that R.
To land.
On the right in the love pile.
Huh.
Let them be updated.
Refreshed and renewed.
And now let's install and activate some beautiful new files.
When you come back to your brain.
Thank it for working with you.
For creating this beautiful collective of the brain,
The heart and the connection.
It's the best way to grow forward into yourself,
Your authentic self.
And this time.
Ask it for files.
On self-trust.
Any files related to self-trust.
And as those files come towards you,
Feel them,
See them going up and over that R.
To land on the right in the love pile.
Where they can be updated.
A new story installed.
Now come back to your brain on the left.
And ask at this time.
If it can find files on inner knowing.
Inner Knowing intuition,
Opening your heart to your story.
As those files come towards you.
Lovingly see them going up and over their arse to land on the right in the love pile.
Be updated,
To be refreshed,
Renewed.
Now come back to your brain on the left.
And ask it this time.
To find files on.
Soul-aligned living.
Which offers you authentic expression and personal freedom.
Soul-aligned living.
And as those files come towards you,
Let's lift them up and over the ark with love.
To land them on the right in the love pile.
Ah,
Where they can be updated.
A new shine attached,
A new story installed.
Now come back to your brain.
Over on the left.
And thank it for working with you,
Thank it for growing with you.
And without coming all the way back.
Feel yourself sliding back into your human body.
Bringing all of those new vibrations with you.
Breathing in the new vibrations.
And breathing them out into your system.
Breathing in the new vibrations.
And allowing them to land in your body.
You can ask your blood to help you with this.
If you land all the vibrations in your heart.
And on every heartbeat,
Ask your blood to pick up the new stories.
And travel them throughout your body.
To every cell,
Every atom and the spaces in between.
Uplifting the old and transmuting it into love.
And installing the new.
And as your body is filled with the new.
Feel it expanding into your energy field.
Every breath and every heartbeat.
Confirming your new vibrations.
And just consider this.
As you allow these vibrations to expand into your full energy.
What if there was never anything wrong with me?
Ask yourself gently.
What if much of what's held me back was simply programming,
Conditioning,
Expectation,
And inherited information?
As we allow the new vibrations to enter and become part of our lives.
You're free to remember who you are.
You're free to live your own life with love,
Kindness,
Compassion and openness,
Expansiveness.
Stay with the music for a little while.
Enjoy these new vibrations.
