It's an activation and a talk.
And it's something that you can do whenever you want to,
However you want to.
It doesn't have to be inside like a meditation.
It can just be,
Just be.
And we're talking today about peace and harmony.
And one of the things that I think weighs heavy on us as sensitive beings is that the peace and the harmony.
Have to come from within,
And yet just about everything else out there invades that space with what they call knowledge,
Which we don't actually want.
Because we can't really do,
Do,
Do anything about peace and harmony outside of ourselves.
So this is how I've come to handle it.
First of all,
I removed myself.
From as much as I could of external influences.
And that's talking about the news.
Even social media starts to bring it in.
And that's a whole other talk.
But start to learn how you can minimize,
Minimize.
Don't go all combative about it.
Just minimize what comes in that you don't actually want to hear,
That you don't need to see,
That you don't need to retain in your world.
Just minimize it.
And as you go along,
The algorithms of any space that you're in will begin to understand what you want to see.
So just put your energy towards what you want to see.
But back to peace and harmony in your world.
You know if you hold the vibrations of peace and harmony in you,
It echoes out into your energy field and you vibrate it into the world as you shining like you,
Rippling you out into the world.
So be aware of that.
And that's why holding peace and harmony in you is key.
It's key for each one of us who consider it,
Each one of us who see it as important.
Not just something that we think somebody else should handle for us,
But something that we handle in ourselves,
For ourselves now.
So what are we going to do today after that soapbox stand of Linda?
We're going to activate two Heart Library codes,
Anahata codes.
Now,
These are codes that I use regularly in my lives,
In my meditations to you,
And in any service that I do for somebody in a one-on-one situation.
And what they do.

Is they talk to your heart.
They talk to your heart about vibrations of,
In this case,

Inside your energy field as we talked about.

I just saw them and knew that they were mine to use.

But here today,
I didn't want to make this too long.
I want you to consider how you handle peace.
And harmony in your world.

What do you hold around you that helps?
What I just picked up when you saw me looking was this beautiful crystal.
Now this called to me yesterday when I started thinking about doing this video.
And it wanted to live by my bed.
And it's a heartstein.
I think it's chrysocola.
I don't know.
It's just the most beautiful,
Beautiful stone.
It's just.
Pretty.
It was a gift to me,
Turn of the century,
Probably late 90s.
And it's been in my space for all that time.
And it's my heart.
So for me,
Holding something in my heart means this stone lives beside me and helps me.
How can you remind yourself that you want to hold more peace and harmony vibrations in your system?
That's another little thing to consider Okay,
So that's stones living with us while we do this.
Where else can you just remember?
You just remember that you want to hold peace and harmony in your system.
Think about it,
Do you want to put a smiley face on your fridge and go,
Okay,
That's another key.
There's spaces where you can remind yourself.
Especially spaces where you feel you're going to be taken out of this feeling of peace and harmony.
Okay,
Now you can do this more than once.
It doesn't matter.
Your body will reach out to what it needs.
And what happens to these codes?
Is if you sit with your heart wide open,
The codes land and assist they Update your vibrations.
They're just beautiful.

Um anyway are you ready if you are moving around you can just intend you don't have to do anything special.
But if you are sitting or lying down,
You can hold both your hands on your heart.
You can just be however you are.
Or you can hold one hand on your heart and one hand up for receiving.
It depends on how you feel on the day,
What you can do on the day.
So we're going to do that now,

You can just allow yourself to be.
And if you're in a gentle meditative space,
Close your eyes.
And be with my voice.
Allow my voice to trickle the vibration through to you over the airwaves.
