Hello,
Hello,
Beautiful soul.
Sew the title here.
Too much noise.
And not enough for you.
It's about finding your way back.
To yourself but through your senses.
It's something I've been thinking about a lot lately.
How you feel disconnected.
And how does it feel?
And what happens.
When we come back,
When we be present.
And how do we practice achieving this?
So this is my experience.
This information has just been wandering around my mind and now it's ready to come out.
Just a caveat here for you.
This talk is fooled.
With words and ideas.
Which will land with a vibrational.
Effect on you.
So listen with an open heart.
And if you find you've stopped listening,
Because your system's processing.
They'd pause.
And allow the information to settle.
Before listening again.
So,
Where are you?
When was the last time you were completely present for something?
Not thinking about it.
Taking a screenshot,
Analyzing it.
Actually experiencing it.
We spend an enormous amount of time inside our heads and our senses are constantly offering us information about the outside world.
And about how that outside world's affecting us.
And your five senses.
Well,
They're your connection points to this now,
To the present moment.
Your sight,
Your sound,
Touch,
Smell,
Taste,
They're continually bringing us out of yesterday,
Back from tomorrow and into the now.
So if you notice what's happening right now,
Right now.
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you feel?
Without changing anything.
Simply notice.
This is an amazing grounding technique.
It'll help you in your everyday.
Do you think you've become disconnected?
Or even we as a spiritual group.
The disconnection.
It feels quite real to me at times when I'm talking to people.
Because we live in a world.
Of constant stimulation.
There's phones,
There's notification,
There's news,
There's social media.
Opinions,
Advertising,
You know what I'm saying,
You know it.
If we become really,
Really good at being somewhere else.
You know,
We're scrolling while we're eating.
We're walking while we're thinking.
We're talking while planning our next task.
But how do we?
Pull their attention,
Which is constantly being pulled outwards.
How do we pull it back in?
How do we turn?
Spirituality away from being another form of doing.
In two.
Experiencing from within and does that even make sense to you right now?
You don't really always need another meditation.
You don't necessarily need another course.
Those things are great.
I make them,
I share them,
Of course.
I know that.
But sometimes.
You don't need another thing to heal.
You don't need another vibration to raise.
You just need a quieter version of yourself.
Because if you keep seeing yourself as someone to fix,
You might just feel that.
Exhaustion coming through.
While you're trying to run your human life.
While thinking you have to do something to be spiritual.
So somewhere inside you.
There's a place where you simply get to be you.
And when we're constantly in our heads,
We miss the information that our body is giving us.
You know?
The tightening of your stomach.
With tense shoulders.
The feeling of expansion sometimes,
The warmth,
The lightness.
Being thankful for those feelings whilst acknowledging them.
But you know your senses can bring you home.
Your senses aren't simply ways of experiencing the outside world.
There are doorways into experiencing you.
With your sight.
Instead of looking at the world automatically,
Practice truly seeing.
What I do is when I'm out and about,
You know,
You go to the same places a lot,
I choose to walk on a different side of the road or I choose to look out a different side of the car.
To see.
Something different.
It's surprising.
And sound.
Listen beyond the obvious.
What sounds have you been filtering out?
It doesn't matter if you keep filtering them out.
But acknowledge them.
Know them without feeling the need to respond.
And touch.
Become aware of texture.
Temperature.
Pressure.
Movement.
Your body's constantly communicating with you through sensations.
Through understanding where you're at with your touch.
And smell.
Oh,
Smell can transport us instantly.
You know that memory and emotion,
It just activates them.
So explore something simple.
You know the smell of rain.
Where does it take you?
What about taste?
Tasting food that just takes you back to a memory or takes you forward to think about someone you love.
Taste the air.
Taste how it is when rain's coming or when it's dry.
So if you go deeper,
And you find your presence.
In the present state.
You'll find the mental noise becomes quieter.
Because You've acknowledged what it is.
You've helped your brain to see what's normal and not what's scary.
And what's important.
And allowing your brain that feeling.
To understand what these noises are.
Means it won't.
Encroach on your stillness at times when something regular is happening.
So this is where your intuition enters.
Because you've allowed yourself the space.
The noise isn't overlapping everything.
The noise isn't.
Hiding things from you.
It allows you to lean into.
To feel,
I just know,
This feels right,
Or something doesn't feel right.
And you're in a place where you can feel it.
Where you aren't writing it off to some silliness.
So exploring the difference between the thinking,
The overthinking,
And the sensing.
It just gives you.
Beautiful,
Beautiful responses to life.
One of the things I play is what I call the yes-no game.
Leaning into a choice.
So you can learn from your body what feels like a yes and a no.
Start with something simple.
Lean into.
Like maybe you want to have a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of water.
Hold one of those in your mind.
And just say to your body yes or no and lean into it.
Practice there.
It's one of the smallest places you can practice.
And when you feel that you're getting good at that game.
It'll overlap into the rest of your world.
One of the things is responding to conditioning.
And conditioning helps us to override our senses.
Family,
Society,
Relationships,
Experiences.
We've been taught to ignore.
Coming back to your senses isn't just about relaxing.
It's about reclaiming you.
Reclaiming your ability to notice.
To hold discernment.
And to choose.
And you know what?
The practice of bringing this into your everyday life.
Immeasurable what you will bring to yourself.
So to embed what I've talked about here even further.
You might like to listen to a meditation.
It's available to you here on the app.
It's one I've created called Magic Manifesting Meditation.
And it takes you through the senses.
It takes you in a way that helps you to learn this.
For you.
It installs it into your innateness.
And allows your senses to guide you.
Rather than your flight and fight mechanisms.
It is all a process,
You know that.
Hey,
Thanks for listening though.
I think I've given you something to think about.
I've given you something to maybe solve it a little if you feel like it.
And I hope that something useful has landed for you here.
I'm sending big love bubbles your way.
And I'll see you in the next meditation.
Bye for now gorgeous soul.
