And welcome to this beautiful talk and activation for you.
And today we're going to be talking about believing.
Believing in you in this moment.
Because this moment is all we have.
And vibrations of belief are powerful.
They're up there with the vibrations of gratitude and love.
Believing in yourself allows.
Allows your heart to be open.
And that's our plan here today.
Also want to have you think about where your belief falters.
Where does your belief ball to it.
Where does your brain help with that?
And catching those times are really important moments when you catch the moment where maybe someone you love has just said some flippant remark and you go,
Oh,
I felt that land in my heart.
And your brain takes it as truth.
Just see.
How those moments happen,
And understand a little more about how you can offset it by having the secret belief in yourself by having moments of absolutely pure belief in yourself.
How do you do that?
You set yourself up better.
When someone does say that,
I experience this.
I look at it now and I go,
Oh no,
That's actually their opinion.
And do they even remember they made that flippant remark that you took into your heart?
Do they even remember?
How sensitive you are to words,
To feelings.
To flippancy.
It's the don't take anything personally moment when it's someone else.
Take yourself personally.
Believe in yourself.
In this moment.
And why in this moment You know why?
Because this moment's all you've got,
Really.
And if you believe in yourself this moment,
And this moment,
And this moment,
Then guess what?
The moments expand.
How can you remember to believe in yourself?
In the moment.
It's something I talk about a lot.
And I.

Use crystals i'm just going to show you one i'm just reaching here for it it's so beautiful Okay,
This is a smoky quartz with lots of other bits and pieces in it.
You can't see it.
I could try and show you all the bits.
The beautiful lady who I got this off,
She said she could find five other crystals inside of this.
And it just spoke to my heart.
And for me,
Believing in myself.
Means seeing the magic.
It means I suppose,
Believing in the small magic moment.
Believing I'm loved,
Believing that my team are here even when I feel incredibly human.
Believing.
And so many little magics that make up.
This person who is Linda.
And those magic moments.
They don't have to be the majority of your day even.
Because they're pure magic.
And in being pure magic,
They will offset.
Like potentially so much other negative.
Does that make sense?
So when you choose your magic,
Your belief,
The moments of you.
You are,
In that moment,
Almost offsetting the other parts of the day of negativity,
If that's what you need to do.
And the more you do that,
The more your day will flow.
The more magic will appear,
The more belief will grow.
It just becomes more.
And I could go on and on about it,
But I didn't want this to take so long so that you could do the activation.
In a blink,
And move on with your day.
So what are we going to do today?
We are going to insert a new beautiful vibration of belief and believing in your heart.
In your heart library.
My personal belief is that we came here.
With with everything we need stored in our heart library.
Not that we always remember these things,
But everything we need in our heart library.
And when we open our heart,
The things that we need today.

Are able to come because we have chosen to open our heart.
So when opening your heart to belief,
Believing,
Believing in your magic.
However your belief has to grow,
You allow your heart to show you.
You allow your brain to find files of believing.
You just allow the belief mechanism to grow.
And it becomes exponential once you've done it for a while.
So what we do to assist in this moment is install a code.
To allow your heart to remember,
To allow yourselves to remember.
And that code is an Anahata code,
A heart library code.
It's a code that a beautiful friend created and I worked with her.
In learning how to use them,
How to intuit them.
And this one I'm including here for you to activate your heart library for belief.
Now you don't have to do anything in particular for this,
Except maybe hold your heart open.

You can be moving around while you listen.
You can hold one hand on your heart and the other up for receiving.

The magic is in your belief.
The magic is in holding your heart open.
