Lesson 1

How To Achieve Inner Illumination?

Why spiritual seekers struggle to receive tremendous amount of spiritual energy? Crown chakra is the only gateway. We need to activate / open it to. But first we must activate heart chakra. One of the most effective ways is to do selfless service. We will do exactly this by blessing all sentient beings during the meditation. Second reason is that we need to purify ourselves before meditation. If clean water is poured through a dirty pipe, the flow will be restricted. The cleaner a body system is, the more easily the great amount of energy can flow.

Inner And Outer Purification

What energies do I allow into my life daily? Consciousness is influenced by lifestyle, food, environment, emotions, thoughts, and relationships. You will be offered practical, simple tips & routines to purify yourself in order to be able to absorb higher energies effectively. It include inner purification - character building and conscious breathing & outer - diet & physical exercise. I can also highly recomment fasting ;) First intermediate then prolonged and maybe dry fasting if you are guided towards it.

Balancing Breathing Theory

Can silence begin through the breath? This breathing exercise is one of the fastest ways to calm the mind and enter a deeply relaxed alpha state before meditation. It helps balance the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and prepare the body for stillness. Because it is powerful, it is important to follow the steps precisely and calmly. Simple practices repeated consistently often create deeper transformation than complicated techniques practiced occasionally.

Ballancing Breathing Practice

Based on the suggestion of MCKS, I do this breathing 2x / day before food, 5-7 rounds. It is incredible how much more I can enjoy the food because I am calmer, overeating is gone, and coffee is not needed because of the energy boost! Miracle.
