This 5-part course is a guided spring reset for your mind, body, and life. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, this course will help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and gently guide you back into alignment. You’ll learn how stress impacts your nervous system, why it can feel so hard to think clearly or make decisions, and how mindfulness restores your ability to respond with intention instead of reactivity. Through a combination of short teachings, guided practices, and reflective exercises, you’ll: Regulate your nervous system in real time Reconnect with your values Identify what’s draining and what’s energizing you Strengthen boundaries to protect your energy Create a simple, sustainable path forward This is not about fixing yourself. In this session, you’ll learn what stress really is and how it affects your brain and body. We’ll explore: The “amygdala hijack” and why you react before you think How stress takes your prefrontal cortex offline The role of cortisol and the nervous system You’ll begin to recognize your own stress patterns so you can interrupt them with awareness instead of judgment.

Coming Back To Calm: A Nervous System Reset Practice
This session introduces a simple, powerful grounding practice you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed. You’ll be guided through a mindfulness practice using: Breath Body awareness Sound Thoughts Emotions This is your anchor practice; something you can return to daily to feel more steady, present, and in control.

Your Values: The Foundation Of An Aligned Life
When you feel lost or stuck, it’s often because you’ve drifted away from what truly matters to you. In this session, you’ll reconnect with your core values and explore: What actually matters (versus what you’ve been conditioned to prioritize) Where your current life feels aligned or misaligned How values can guide your decisions and direction For today's session, be sure to have a pen and paper handy!

Protecting Your Energy: What To Keep, What To Change
This session helps you take an honest look at where your energy is going—and what needs to shift. You’ll: Identify what drains vs. what energizes you Recognize patterns of overgiving or depletion Learn a simple 3-step boundary model This is where awareness turns into practical change.

Your Next Chapter: Creating A Life That Feels Good To Live
In this final session, you’ll bring everything together. Through a guided visualization, you’ll connect with your future self; the version of you who feels grounded, clear, and aligned. You’ll then create a simple, realistic blueprint for moving forward, including: Daily nervous system support Weekly alignment practices Ongoing self-check-ins This is about small, consistent shifts that create meaningful change.
