Meet your Teacher

Norma Serena Hogan works with women, particularly those in high-stress leadership roles, to reduce stress, reclaim their energy, and lead with intention. With many years of experience in senior leadership in tech companies, a master's degree in sustainability and leadership, and certifications in mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, Norma Serena blends corporate expertise with mindful practices. With her guidance, women transform from feeling overwhelmed, reactive, and depleted to leading with clarity, presence, and purpose; creating meaningful lives with presence and intention in both their professional and personal lives.
