Types Of Meditation
Meditation doesn’t look the same for everyone. In this lesson, you’ll explore different ways to access presence and alignment—through stillness, sound, movement, breath, nature, mantra, or guided imagery—so meditation becomes something that fits you, not something you struggle with. Milestone: You discover at least one new meditation style that brings you into ease and flow.
