Drawing the air all the way down to your belly,
Collecting your energy from wherever you've left it,
A little bit here,

Bringing it all back to the present moment.
So if you would take a deep breath in,
And release.
Another slow,
Deep breath in,
And exhale.
One more time,
Full,
Nourishing breath in,
And let it go completely.
I feel your body soften,
Your mind settle,
And your heart open.
Today is a new beginning.
I affirm today will be a good day.
Repeat silently or out loud after me.
I am present in this moment.
I choose peace.
I welcome joy and ease into my day.
My body feels strong and energized.
My mind is clear and focused.
I trust myself to handle what comes my way.
