Today our topic is divine feminine energy and I'll be leading us in a meditation to awaken the goddess within,
Your inner goddess.
A little bit about me,
I am an author,
A podcast host,
And a spiritual teacher.
I'm a certified angel reiki master and I believe everything is energy,
Including you and me.
You are energy and energy vibrates and when you learn to raise your vibration,
You can more easily hear your intuition and allow your magic.
Divine masculine energy often has us focus on the doing.
Each person,
Female or male,
Has a combination of masculine and feminine energies.
Divine masculine energy is a powerful,
Positive archetype representing leadership,
Action,
Taking charge,
Often associated with strength and confidence,
The external world making things happen.
And divine feminine energy then represents the sacred life-giving energy embodied in qualities like intuition and creation and compassion.
Today we're focusing on activating that divine feminine energy,
Opening your heart center and awakening your inner goddess.
So if you haven't already,
Please find a comfortable space where you can either sit or lie down,
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes.
If you have headphones,
That can be helpful for tuning in.
You can straighten your spine,
Roll your shoulders back a little bit,
Opening up your heart center and allow your palms to rest facing up,
Either in your lap or by your side in that receiving mode.
We're going to start with three big breaths,
Deep breaths,
Aiming to draw the breath all the way down to the belly.
We're going to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
If you would,
Inhale and exhale.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Okay.
You can return to your normal breathing and simply bring your attention to your breath.
Notice how the air flows in and out.
Relax your muscles,
Allow your stomach to be soft and gently rise and fall with your breath.
In your mind,
Set your intention to connect with your own inner goddess today.
With this intention in mind,
Focus your awareness in the very center of your chest and a couple of inches inwards.
This is the energy center of your heart.
Begin to become aware of a beautiful rose blooming inside your heart space.
Observe thousands of petals unfurling and opening.
Watch as the rose begins to grow,
Expanding out from your heart opening,
Expanding so large and so wide until you are sitting directly in the middle of it.
Notice yourself bathing in this rose energy,
The energy of divine feminine.
As you relax into your beautiful surroundings,
Bring your awareness to the very top of your head,
The hair follicles on the top of your head.
You may become aware of a tingling sensation there.
And now let your awareness extend upwards as high above your head as you can possibly imagine.
From this height,
You begin to see a waterfall of soft pink light pouring down over you,
Washing over the top of your head,
Pouring down all the way through your feet.
Notice as this beautiful soft pink light pours down your arms,
Hands,
Through your torso,
Down your spine,
Into your hips,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
As the soft pink light washes over you,
Pretty soon all you see around you is just this beautiful soft pink light.
This color symbolizes unconditional love and acceptance,
Which is an important key step in awakening your inner goddess.
Unconditional love and acceptance means loving and accepting yourself in your darkness and in your light.
The goddess within you does just that.
She does not judge you for what you wear,
How you talk,
Or how you carry yourself.
She loves you as you are.
As you begin to connect with this loving acceptance,
You can feel her presence.
Begin to become curious.
Explore what her presence feels like.
How does your inner goddess carry herself?
What wisdom does she know?
As you become familiar with her presence,
Her energy begins to merge with your own.
For she truly is you.
She's been within you all along,
Eager for you to be aware of her presence and to let it come forth as it is right now.
Notice the gentle yet powerful presence.
This divine feminine goddess within,
Awakening inside of you.
Pay attention to the shifts you are feeling in your physical body,
In your mind,
And in your heart.
As you welcome this transformation,
Ask your inner goddess how you may best serve.
Notice if you receive any feelings,
Thoughts,
Or ideas.
As you adjust to knowing what it's like to be fully connected with your own goddess within,
Knowing how she wants you just to show up in the world,
To be of service,
First to yourself and then in the world.
See yourself standing as your inner goddess on top of a mountain.
Feel the wind blowing through the clothing that you see the goddess within wearing.
Imagine your arms outstretched as you make a commitment right here and now.
To the entire world,
To stay fully connected with your inner goddess.
To take her with you everywhere you go.
And begin right now by bringing your awareness back to this physical space.
You can slowly start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Bringing yourself back to the present moment.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Trust and know that you have awakened the goddess within.
