As a certified meditation facilitator, I deal with a lot of people who are new to meditation. I have found that many beginners--or even intermediate students of the craft--don't know the difference between all the different types of meditations and how those approaches work. In this course, I will go over the ten most practiced types of meditation (there are far more than ten!). We will go into detail about how these different types approach different challenges in our lives. It is my hope that this course will help lead some people to a practice that will greatly benefit them in whatever way they have a need. I look forward to meeting you!

In this first class, we will discuss Mindfulness Meditation, Spiritual Meditation, and Focused Attention Meditation. We'll talk about the origins of each practice, the goals of each practice, and how these different approaches can benefit us.

Movement Meditation, Mantra Meditation, And Transcendental Meditation (TM)
In this first class, we will discuss Movement Meditation, Mantra Meditation, and Transcendental Meditation (TradeMarked). We'll talk about the origins of each practice, who is credited with each practice when it applies, the goals of each practice, and how these different approaches can benefit us.

PMR, Loving Kindness, Visualization, And Sound Meditation
In this third class, we will discuss Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Loving Kindness, Visualization, And Sound Meditations. We'll talk about the origins of each practice, the goals of each practice, and how these different approaches can benefit us.
Lektion 4
Loving Kindness Meditation: Healing With The Frequency Of Love
Join me today in our last class as we do a group meditation, Healing with the Frequency of Love. This is a meditation that uses vibrational frequencies to bring the essence of love, peace, kindness, and compassion into our beings, focusing on a healing element. I hope you enjoy this meditation!

A nice review of some of the meditation options that are available to us. As you know Alicia, I have spoken of my desire to certify in meditation to you awhile back… i would like to offer meditation and space holding to others. I’m sure there are others who are seeking to do the same too and maybe they will gain some insight from this short course...
