Lesson 1

Introduction To Chakras

This first recording will give you an introduction on the chakra system. We will go over a brief history of this ancient system and then break the body down into the seven chakras. This first recording is an overview of the system, while subsequent recordings will go into more depth regarding each individual chakra and how we can best support our energy flow.

Lesson 2

Going Deeper Into Each Chakra

This second class will discuss each chakra in more depth. We will look at the elements associated with each chakra and talk about some of the difficulties that could present themselves when the chakras are sluggish or blocked. Tune in to class #3 to learn how to work on opening your chakras and getting them into alignment.

Lesson 3

Realigning The Chakras

Here in class #3 we talk about how to realign the chakras using various techniques that can be added to your regular meditation practice. Learn how to use props and other manageable techniques to get those chakras back into alignment. Be sure to come back to class #4 for a short guided meditation!

Chakra Balancing--Guided Meditation
