During this course we will journey and learn about with the 7 main chakras through crystals, energetic themes, guided mediations, Reiki energy healing and channeled messages. During each lesson you will learn the basics of crystal healing, and my favorite crystals to align each of these energy centers. We will discuss how each of these charkas support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual auric bodies. You will discover if you are out of balance and ways in which harmonize yourself . Each chakra lesson will include crystal healing, Reiki energy and a guided meditation. Reiki is a powerful Japanese healing modality, that cleanses the energetic blockages that cause stress and tension to help us to feel more centered. BONUS each lesson will end with a channeled Reiki intuitive message from spirit. This metaphysical course will help to inspire you to connect with your highest self!

Lektion 1

Root Chakra Crystal & Energy Reiki Healing

In our first lesson we will dive into the basics of crystal healing, how to cleanse them properly, incorporate their energy into your meditation practice, and every day life. I invite you during each of these lessons throughout this course to utilize your current crystal collection and sacred spiritual tools. We will begin with the "Root Chakra" which connects us to our grounding energy. It is our survival energy center in which where are basics needs are being met. I will share some of my favorite crystals that help to align this chakra. then be guided by a "Root Chakra" mediation while you receive Reiki healing. This first lesson will leave you feeling informed, more present with a channeled Reiki intuitive message.

Lektion 2

Sacral Chakra Crystal & Energy Reiki Healing

Our second lesson we will journey with our "Sacral Chakra" which is our transformation center. This chakra connects us to the relationships outside of ourselves, and our creativity. One of the crystals I discuss during this lesson is "Carnelian" which is the stone of motivation and will help you with burn out and fatigue. We will end this sacral chakra inspiration with a potent mediation, Reiki energy healing to help you shift into the new, and helping you to"let go."

Lektion 3

Solar Plexus Chakra Crystal & Energy Reiki Healing

During our third lesson we will tap into our "Solar Plexus Chakra" which is our connection to our self. Quite often we can prioritize "other people needs" verses our own, that is why this chakra is a very special one to focus. If you feel that you are an empath you will especially appreciate this lesson as we speak into crystals that will help you to balance this energy. I also share a crystal that will help to cultivate more abundance into your life. We will balance this energy center with a guided meditation and Reiki channeled message to own your self worth!

Lektion 4

Heart Chakra Crystal & Energy Reiki Healing

It all begins with our heart. When are heart is truly invested into anything that we desire it helps keep our passion alive! In this lesson I will share crystals that will allow forgiveness to flow, support grievances, cultivate balanced in love, relieve skin conditions, release heavy patterns of the heart, promote growth, and support healthy relationships. This guided mediation and Reiki channeled message will leave you feeling supported in your current emotional state.

Lektion 5

Throat Chakra Crystal & Reiki Energy Healing

The "Throat Chakra" is a delicate energy center because it is where we express our vulnerability. This chakra serves as our permission center. It is where we create "inner dialogue" that is very sacred to our own ears. During this lesson I will speak into crystals that help you connect to your angelic energy, and break through the clutter. During this guided mediation you will be invited to awaken your truth, so that you can feel more heard.

Lektion 6

Third Eye Chakra Crystal & Reiki Energy Healing

My favorite chakra! Balancing out this chakra will literally expand your life as it the third eye is deeply connected to honoring your dreams, visions, intuition and inner guidance. The crystals I share in this lesson will help you to release anxiety, let got of conditioned patterns, constrictions, help you to take risks, and envision your desired outcome. This meditation will help you trust in what has yet to unfold, and yourself. You will leave feeling grateful for all your magic so you can co-create within your highest time line!

Lektion 7

Crown Chakra Crystal & Reiki Energy Healing

We end with our final lesson by connection to the "Crown Chakra" which elevates our bliss. I share information about "the master healing crystal" that is used in modern technology devices, aligns all your chakras , and elevates the healing frequency of all other crystals. I also talk more in depth about the "master cleansing crystal" and "the chill pill crystal." We will discuss how we can reconnect with our faith, let go of anger, align at our best, and deeper connect with loved ones that have ascended. You will leave this lesson knowing that your highest self is always deserving to win!
