Lektion 1
Mindfulness
Meditation is a practice in awareness. It teaches us to stay in the present moment, just "being" with our mind. Through meditation, we can learn a lot about ourselves. We can learn about thought patterns that are deeply embedded in us, and we can learn how to deal with them.
In meditation, the goal is to find silence, to not judge yourself or hold onto any thoughts or feelings that may appear, but just to stay in the present moment. This first session will introduce you to the concept of meditation.

Let The Breath Lead The Way
This second session will further explain the importance of the breath. It will also begin to introduce you to different breathing strategies.
Lektion 3
Tidal Waves
Meditation is all about being in the present momeht, and calming the mind that often wants to wander into the future or the past. We can see our thoughts as waves. Sometimes the ocean is chaotic, many waves are produced with little time in between. Other times the water is still.
This lesson will explore the concept of letting our thoughts come and go, and watching them pass by, like waves.
Lektion 4
Sail Away
Calming the mind is a task that takes a lot of practice, as our minds are constantly working. In lesson three, we spoke about our thoughts being like tidal waves. In this lesson, we expand upon this and offer some different techniques.
Lektion 5
Breath Count
Counting the breath is a tool used to focus further on the breath. In this lesson, we further explore the breath by bringing the attention inward, and offer new ways to use the breath to aid in meditation.
Lektion 6
Look Inside
Our inner world tends to be very rich, and through practices such as meditation, we can start to separate all the layers from each other, seeing them more clearly for what they are. In this lesson, we focus on calming the mind, calming the nervous system, breathing and focusing on being present.
Lektion 7
Shine A Light
Each time you meditate, the practice will grow. It will get easier to calm the mind and to feel more at peace. This lesson includes a body scan with a visualization of a bright white light illuminating your body, filling you up with light and love.
Lektion 8
Dedication
By now, you are gaining more and more tools to practice meditation on your own. Today's lesson revolves around dedication. Dedication in the sense that when we sit down to meditate, we should take a few moments to acknowledge how lucky we are in our lives, and dedicate the positivity, the light, the love and serenity that we create during our practice to something, or someone.

Notice
Lesson nine takes all the tools of the previous lessons and combines them into our first full meditation practice together.
Lektion 10
Aware
The final lesson of this 10-part introductory meditation course combines all of the tools found in previous lessons. After completing this course, you will be well equipped to continue your meditation journey on your own.
