Consciousness exists in different states, and the "I Am" mantra is your key to unlocking deep stillness within. In this class, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and identify the observer within you—the mind's eye. By becoming aware of your thoughts with objectivity, you can be fully present in each moment and recognize that true life resides in the present.

Implementing I Am Mantra & Sound Mantra
Did you know that we have approximately 150,000 thoughts per day? Many of these thoughts may be unhelpful, distorting your perception of reality or diverting your attention from the present. In this class, Pablo will guide you in using the first part of the "I Am" mantra and integrating it into your daily meditation practice. You'll also have the opportunity to experience Pablo's powerful Sound Mantra, available in the Insight Timer guided library as "Sound Mantra 1 With Bells."
