How long has it been since you truly acknowledged just how far you’ve come? It’s so easy to stay focussed on what hasn’t yet occurred that we forget to honour what has. This day is designed to begin the slow evolution from where you sit now to where you want to go.

One of the things that blocks our ability to know and embody our soul’s true purpose, is harbouring stuck energy. For all of the times we didn’t want to feel because it hurt or was inconvenient or we didn’t know how. This moving meditation invites a gentle release in order to make space for new insight.

We all have parts of ourselves we’d rather not exist. Those parts of ourselves that make us feel small, insignificant – like we don’t know what we are doing and don’t matter.
