Lektion 1
Forgiveness Myths
In this session, we will uncover three myths about forgiveness. It is important to lay this foundation before we move further into the course. A lot of times, it is one of these three myths that holds a person back from actually moving forward with the forgiveness process. And we will understand why forgiveness is an act of self interest. This will be a cornerstone for this course, and each day, we will gain a deeper understanding of this concept.
Lektion 2
Not Invalidating the Experience
In this session, we move deeper into forgiveness by talking about incidents that have left lifelong repercussions. We learn that forgiving will not invalidate such an experience but will bring freedom from the experience. Adding onto Day 1, we will continue to learn why forgiveness is an act of self interest, even in such circumstances. We also learn why and how forgiveness is an act of consciously walking away from the past.
Lektion 3
External Actions Are a Reflection of Internal States
In this session, we will learn about the human condition. We’ll move deeper into the actions of each person and understand why people are the way they are. Each act is a reflection of a person’s internal world. By understanding the human condition, we learn to separate ourselves from the actions of others, especially when we are in the forgiveness process. This will ultimately lead to a deeper understanding of why forgiveness is an act of self interest.
Lektion 4
Layers To Forgiveness
In this session, we learn the different layers to forgiveness. The events of our life are carried in our body, mind and spirit. And when we are forgiving, we need to be patient while our body, mind and spirit releases the past. We also learn that forgiveness is a process. It generally does not happen overnight. And in today’s lesson, we will learn how to gauge how far we’ve come in our forgiveness process.
Lektion 5
Reverting to Old Habits
In this session, we will add on to yesterday’s session. Today’s session will be more specific, in that we will learn what to do when you are living or working with someone whom you’ve had to forgive. And they continue to repeat patterns of the past. We will learn what to do in such circumstances. We will also learn how to gauge our own progress in such circumstances.
Lektion 6
30 Day Forgiveness Prayer
In this session, we will learn a statement to use as a tool, to release the binds of the past and move into forgiveness and flow. This powerful statement needs to have a 30-day commitment, and can be used as mantra or a prayer. Dedication to this statement will alchemically shift and heal aspects of the past that do not serve us anymore.
Lektion 7
Understanding The Mind
In this session, we repeat the statement from Day 6 again, while we are sitting in meditation. And we’ll continue with a meditation sitting for the remainder of this day’s lesson. As you are sitting in meditation, I will guide you through the ego part of the mind, and the role it plays in allowing you to move forward. It is important to understand the way the mind works when we want to release the past and forgive.
Lektion 8
Compassion And Peace
In this session, we will learn about the effects of forgiveness, and the role it plays by connecting us to our internal world. We’ll uncover the compassion and peace within us, as a result of our forgiveness work. The cornerstone of this course is understanding why forgiveness is an act of self interest. And in today’s session, we develop a deeper understanding of forgiveness as an act of self interest.
Lektion 9
Attracting Positive Circumstances
In this session, we build on the lessons learned in Day 8. How we feel internally is paramount for what/who we will attract externally. We forgive to clear our own slate for attracting goodness into our life. In this day’s session, we understand this concept even further. And we learn even deeper why forgiveness is an act of self interest.
Lektion 10
Feeling Free And Empowered
In this session, we recap what we learned in the previous nine days of this course. And we end this course with a meditation. When we are forgiving, we are releasing ourselves from thoughts and emotions of the past. And meditation becomes a powerful tool for our separating ourselves from past thoughts and emotions that do not serve us anymore.
