Lektion 1
Let's Start At The Beginning
In our first day, we will establish starting this new routine. How conscious and deliberate repetition, while focusing on progress, no matter how small, will allowing things to become second nature over time. This 30-day routine will help you to learn, practice and improve each day. With repetition of this bedtime routine, you will understand that even if you have a few off days, trying your best to stick to this regular routine will help form a pattern of lifelong simple and effective sleep.
And one plus, who doesn’t like a bedtime tale, I know you do and thats why you’re here.
Lektion 2
Rain Story
Today, we will get settled in, practicing our daily routine, and then relax and listen to the story of the night. Rain, beautiful rain.
Lektion 3
Beach Fun
Practicing this routine each night is important to form a solid habit that stays with you. Today is no exception. We will have the chance over the next few weeks to practice this routine until it becomes second nature to you. So today, we will settle in and take a trip to the beach.

Coffee Shop
Today, after we settle down, we will visit my favorite local coffee shop and enjoy the little treat of our weekly beverage.

Waves Watcher
Watching the waves can be so calming and healing. So in today's story, we will be on the sand, watching and listening to the waves.

Nature Walking
Today, we are going for a beautiful walk in a green forest, exploring how nature touches our mind, body, and spirit.
Lektion 7
Sitting By The Fire
We will take a cozy, relaxing time by the fire, reminiscing on the day and getting into a beautifully relaxed state.

Hard Rain
On a day when we are out and the rain starts to pour down, how do we face it? With joy and happiness.
Lektion 9
Binaural Beats
So today, we will try having binaural beats in our story. This offering is more of a chance to go with the flow while I encourage you to relax and get into that beautifully relaxed state.
Lektion 10
Check in, Concert Trip
We have really done a great job of starting a regular habit. Now, we examine how well we are doing and how we can deepen the muscle memory to make this habit a great one that sticks. Join me as we go to work at a concert hall and do some wrist banding. The repetitive task will soon have you falling into a deep sleep.

Leaves On A Stream
Today, we are going to take a trip and sit along the stream and watch the dancing water and the leaves gently moving along this fast moving stream as it bubbles and flows.

Airport Trip
How many days have you been in the airport and had to wait? Today, we will be at the airport and navigate through the terminal and observe what is happening before us.

Relaxing With My Cat
Today, we are making a relaxing time at home, in my rocking chair. Oh, and my cat jumps up into my lap and the sound of purring makes for a wonderful, peaceful evening.

Watching The Waterfall
The force of many waterfalls are something to marvel at and enjoy. The force of the water falling is a wonderful sound to listen to and send you off to sleep.

Mountain Climb
Today, we are taking a hike up to the top of the highest mountain. The sights and sounds are beautiful and relaxing.

Watching The Bonfire
While walking on the beach, we come across a huge bonfire. Watching and listening to the flames, and the way our dreams come true while the flames dance in front of us.

Rowing On The Lake
Today, we get on a little boat and take a row out on the lake to see how peaceful it can be.
Lektion 18
Working At The Juice Bar
Today's I'm helping out a friend at his juice bar. The blenders make a whirring noise and at the same time make us feel relaxed and so sleepy.
Lektion 19
Traffic Jam
It’s funny how people get so wound up while being sick in traffic. In this session, the constant purring of the car engine will really set you off to a beautiful night's sleep.
Lektion 20
Check In, Driving In The Rain
How are you feeling now? You must be well into this new routine. Maybe you missed a few days, that's ok. Life is dynamic and we don’t need to beat ourselves up about it, only gently get back into our routine.
Some days will be more difficult than others, we will be kind to ourselves. Spending more days really forming this practice will be just the ticket. So today, let’s take a trip to the shop and while we’re driving there, it begins to rain.

Picnic
We go on a picnic at our local park and watch nature and all the little animals that are in this beautiful park.
Lektion 22
Cooling Down By The Fan
On a hot day, we take a seat by the box fan to cool down. The whirring of the fan gets us into a beautiful state of peaceful sleep.

Star Gazing
We will take a trip and lye down and gaze at the stars; trying to count them and seeing how many we can count before we drift of to a nourishing night's sleep.

Taking A Cruise
In this session, we're hopping onto a big ship and taking a cruise along the sea and all the things we can see on our trip.

Binaural Beats 2
We will have another bedtime tale with binaural beats in the background. These beats have been found to help the brain to relax and set the tone for a wonderful night's rest.

Raindrops On The Tin Roof
Being in a little hut, close to the beach, the rain starts to pelt down. The loud and soothing sounds of this heavy rain is setting us up for an amazing night's sleep

Underground Train Ride
Today, we're going on an underground train ride; exploring the history behind a few of the stops and getting lulled into a great night's sleep.
Lektion 28
Rain Storm
Today, we get caught in a rainstorm and explore how we navigate ourselves through it, and the joys of being caught in the rain.

Beach Party
Today, we will have a great party on the beach; listening to the waves coming in and out and the joys of being at a party with your friends.
Lektion 30
Is It The End Or The Beginning?
We have reached the end of the 30 days. It is not the end, it is just the beginning of this new routine of blissful sleep. We check in on how have you felt through the beginning of forming this lifelong sleep process.
Also, to make this habit really stick, you could repeat this course. Studies say that 60 days makes a new routines really become part of your life. So I'm looking forward to seeing you in the classroom again on your second time around.
