When so much feels wrong or broken in the world, it's so understandable that we'd find ourselves feeling consumed by the darkness and pain. This short course will help guide you back to hope, light, and love, reminding you of all the goodness and beauty that exists in every moment, however hopeless things sometimes feel.

Mar is a psychotherapist, meditation teacher, mindfulness coach, yogi, and poet with a passion for guiding people to heal from past emotional wounding that disconnects us from the life that is here now.

Lektion 1

Turning Toward The Light

When we face those darker, painful chapters, we can lose sight of all that's good in our lives and in the world. This session will guide you to reconnect with the many glimmers of light and beauty that are all around, seemingly small and insignificantly, but deceptively powerful in their ability to help light our pathway and return us to hope.

Lektion 2

Arriving In Your Life

Our natural human instinct when we experience pain, is to try and eliminate it or escape from it. We each have our own strategies for survival that allow us to numb or avoid what feels too much. And yet to be fully alive on this planet means being with all that is, all the light and goodness as well as all the pain and loss. This session will guide you to gently come back in contact with that which you habitually try to escape, and, even if just for a moment or two, stay with the discomfort and breathe through it. In learning to allow and stay present to all of experience, we reclaim our power and wholeness.

Lektion 3

A Letter From Love

When so much feels wrong and painful in life, we can slip easily into the space of fear; helpful at times. but unmanaged can bleed into every crevice of our being, distorting our view of ourselves and of the world. This session will invite you to receive the warmth and reassurance of Love, shifting from limitation and constriction to hope, light and expansion.
