Hello,
My darling one.
I know that things have felt so hard.
I see your pain.
I know the road you have walked and the weight of the burdens you have carried with you.
Invisible to the outside world,
At times crushing to your inner being.
I see it all.
I know how broken you sometimes feel.
And I also know your truth.
I see your incredible light.
Dimmed as it may become at times.
Always present.
Impossible to extinguish.
The light that is the unbreakable,
Undamageable truth of who you are.
This light is as old and as wise as time.
A never-ending force of the fiercest love and purest goodness.
It is who you are.
And yet still you must be here now in this human form.
With all its messy,
Painful,
Imperfect chaos.
It's the delicate containing of it all.
The allowing of life in all its forms and shapes to move through.
The paradox of fully opening your heart and know you may be opening yourself to pain.
The subtle art of holding without grasping.
Of allowing without being consumed.
Of turning towards without losing sight of all that's out of view.
Of celebrating joy and comforting grief.
Of deep knowing and uncertainty.
Of light and shadow.
Of exquisite beauty and unfathomable destruction.
This is what it means to be fully alive in this world.
To be a fully embodied being.
Containing all the complex multitudes of being a droplet of infinity.
Taking up residence for a time in this earth suit.
It is an enormous task.
And however the mind may judge and criticize,
Hear me when I say you are navigating this task with enormous courage and beauty.
Your stumbles are proof of your strength because they have shown you that you can get back up again and again and again.
Your mistakes are proof of your growth because from them you learn and expand in ways otherwise impossible.
Your wounds are an invitation to deepen compassion and allow love to bathe them back to wholeness.
And your scars are evidence that no matter how deeply hurt you are,
Healing is always possible.
If it feels nourishing,
Taking a hand or two and placing it gently on your heart.
Beating this space of love and aliveness.
Where your physical beating heart lives and from where your infinite divine love emanates.
It is all here.
Just beneath the palm of your hand.
So much life,
So much love,
So much hope.
The subtle yet powerful movement of air.
Expanding,
Releasing.
Expanding,
Releasing.
Breathe deeply into this space,
Touching the enormity that is your life.
You are here.
You are a miracle.
You are enough my love.
You are enough.
Right now as you are in this moment with all your perfectly imperfect divine humanity.
You are just right.
And in the end everything will be okay.
Everything will be okay.
Namaste.
