This seven day course is about engaging in self-love talk through active listening, journaling, and classroom participation. It is designed to take each lesson consecutively so that with the consistency, you form a daily self love habit. This course is the first of a four part series and this part is about getting to know yourself. Each day we will discuss or participate in an activity around getting to know yourself and we will finish with journaling this prompt, “One thing I love about myself today, in this moment is..” This is part one to a four part series, "Cultivating Self Love." The series is meant to be completed over four consecutive weeks, to include all four series, so that at the end of the course you have created and affirmed a habit of giving yourself love daily. Each lesson is eight minutes or less so that it is easy to fit this quick practice into your day. (Music by: Chris Collins)

Lektion 1
The Self Love Journey
This lesson discusses Jessie's self love journey and the creation of thirty days of self love. We kick off day one of our closing journal prompt: 'what is one thing you love about yourself today, in this moment?' Please share any thoughts about the survey question and/or one thing you love about yourself with the community in the classroom so we can celebrate each others' strengths and uniqueness while raising the vibration of the world.
Lektion 2
Power of Language
This lesson discusses the power of words and thoughts while briefly touching on Dr. Emoto's studies on water. We will close with the same journal prompt, 'what is one thing you love about yourself today, in this moment?' Please share with the community in the classroom any thoughts about the survey and/or the one thing that you love about yourself so we can celebrate each others' strengths and uniqueness.

Identifying Strengths
This lesson will encourage listeners to consider their individual strengths and unique qualities with journal prompts as well as participate in our daily closing prompt, 'what is one thing you love about yourself today, in this moment?' Please share with the community in the classroom anything you may want to discuss, we'd love to hear about your strengths! When we practice vulnerability, we encourage others to do the same. Be bold, share!

Embracing All That We Are
In this lesson of Cultivating Self Love, we will discuss embracing all that we are, even the parts of us we might not like that much. We finish the lesson with our daily closing journal prompt, ‘'what is one thing you love about yourself today, in this moment?' Please share your thoughts and self-love statements with the community in the classroom so we can celebrate each others' strengths and uniqueness.

This is lesson five of Cultivating Self Love: All About You. Today we discuss self-love reminders. We finish the lesson with our same daily closing journal prompt, ‘'what is one thing you love about yourself today, in this moment?' Please share with the community in the classroom so we can celebrate each others' strengths and uniqueness.
