Life can make us stressed, anxious, and worried. This meditation taps into what you already know: Deep down, everything is going to be ok.

Welcome,

My name is Lou Retman and I will be guiding you through this meditation today.

This meditation is really based on everything and what you already know.

Just to give the inspiration for recording this,

I listened to a speaker by the name of Kyle Cease.

If you haven't heard of him or checked him out and you're listening to this,

I highly recommend.

He talks about deep down and that is the basis of our meditation today.

So go ahead and find your meditation place,

Your place of peace,

Your sacred space,

Your nest of knowing,

Whatever fun name you like to call it.

Get into your posture,

Whether that be sitting,

Standing,

Lying down.

We're going to be tapping deep down today,

So start your breath and keep those words in mind.

Deep down as you breathe in,

Feel your lungs fill up,

Shoulders expand and release it all deep,

Deep down.

Take a few breaths like that.

Do your favorite relaxation,

Exercise.

You know how to get into your place.

I don't have to tell you.

I have been having some money opportunities,

I'd like to say,

As of recent.

I know that's something that we all face.

We all are human and we,

As much as we meditate and release our minds from this world,

We know we have things that come up that stress us out,

Makes us anxious.

We worry over human things.

You know what our kids are gonna do in school or how we're gonna save for college.

Just so,

So many things on our plate that require our attention and it can be overwhelming.

And there are times when we let in our minds and we think that it might go wrong.

Everything,

All of our worst nightmares might actually happen.

Start letting our mind run to places that they don't,

It does not need to go.

Continue tapping into that breath,

Healing yourself go deep down.

And all these stresses you have,

Worries,

Anxiety,

It's like you already know.

You always figure out a way.

The real person,

The real you knows that deep down everything is going to be okay.

Fill your lungs again with air.

Release and say in your mind or out loud,

Deep down I know everything is going to be okay.

Deep down I know everything is going to be okay.

Now we're gonna go ahead and feel where is that deep down space for you.

Where is the deepest part of your being?

Can you feel where that is?

Maybe it's behind your heart,

Maybe it's deeper than that.

Your sacrum,

Just behind your belly button.

Go to that deep down place.

That center of your spirit,

Of your being.

And breathe in and breathe down to that deep down space and shower it with with love and appreciation,

Gratitude.

Thank it because you know when times get crazy,

When worries are high,

That's the space where you know it's always,

Always going to be okay.

You always have your deep down.

Nothing or no one can take that from you.

I don't know what you're going through.

I know whatever it is that deep down you are going to be okay.

You are going to be more than okay because you are this infinite ball of love,

This miraculous gift.

The fact that you exist is the miracle.

Deep down you are a miracle.

I know that.

You know that deep down.

I know everything is going to be okay.

There's nothing I have to do,

Nothing I need to stress about.

I will know what to do when the time comes.

Everything is already working its way out.

Everything is already worked out.

I am just working to see it.

I am allowing myself the peace of mind,

The loving state to allow it.

Because who I truly am knows that deep down everything is going to be okay.

Deep down I know everything is going to be okay.

I am going to let you sit in that state of peace for a few.

That state of knowingness.

That true state,

That true understanding of what you really are.

Breathe into that deep down space.

Whenever you are ready,

No rush.

Come back to your body.

Act your outer awareness.

Open your eyes.

Deep down you know everything is going to be okay.

With great love I leave you.
