Welcome to Jar Your Mind,
This is Joey.
And in today's guided meditation,
We are going to use the Neville Goddard technique of revision.
And specifically today,
We are going to do a revision technique based around a non-action.
What do I mean by non-action?
You're going to revise the scene of a time in your day today where you could have done something that you've been wanting to do and take action,
But instead you did not move and you did not do it.
This could be exercise,
This could be moving,
Literally moving,
This could be making a phone call to somebody,
This could be some kind of creative thing you've been wanting to do.
You make the intention.
We are going to do a guided meditation on going into the scene and revising it and you taking action instead of the non-action.
We're going to revise that and you're going to replay it over and over in this guided meditation right now.
So when you are ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes,
Get relaxed and get comfortable,
And begin to slow down your thoughts and slow down your breathing.
Just continue to relax in your chair,
Your feet flat on the floor,
Relaxing from your head to your shoulders,
To your chest,
Relaxing into your stomach,
Your arms relaxing,
Forearms,
Your hands,
Your fingers all relaxed.
Down your legs,
You continue to relax your feet and your toes,
Your entire body.
You are concentrating now on your breathing.
Your only thought is on your breath.
In and out.
In and out.
You are comfortable,
You are at peace.
And now you begin to imagine your day.
You have an intention in of a specific event or time of day that you would like to revise and take action in a moment that you know you could have taken action on something that's been on your mind,
That you have wanted to do.
Maybe it's something you want to make an everyday part of your life,
Or maybe it's just a single action that you thought to take and you did not take it.
So think about the time and be in the state that you were in earlier today or yesterday when the thought came across your mind to take action,
But you did not.
You're remembering this scene.
But now in your mind,
You are revising the scene.
In your imagination right now,
You are feeling like you are there.
You are there in this scene,
Revising it.
And you are taking action on the intention that you would like to take.
Wherever you are,
Revise the scene and take action.
You don't think about it,
You just do it because it feels right and it's what you want and it's what you desire.
And you are not listening to any other thoughts.
You are taking action.
You are feeling from the state right now.
You are in the scene looking out from your eyes and you are getting up or you are taking the action that you want to take right now.
Be yourself in this scene.
Revise the scene and take the action that you intended to take.
Note how you are feeling as you get up and you take this action,
Whatever it is.
How are you feeling that you are taking this action right now?
Feel in this state.
Be in this scene and feel from this scene,
This revised,
Real scene.
And you perform this imaginal act again in your mind and again you imagine it,
You feel it and you are in it.
And you revise it again and you repeat the first movement or the first action without thought.
You just do it.
You take action right now.
And you are taking action again and again and you replay it in your mind right now as it is truly happening.
You are creating your reality through this imaginal act.
You are revising the scene.
Continue to imagine revising the scene and taking action when you had the chance.
You are now taking it.
And you are feeling,
You are feeling in this state.
You are remembering to feel and it feels good that you are taking this action.
You feel the light within you.
You feel your heart.
You feel your mind.
You feel the connection of your body.
Where in your body are you feeling your emotions now?
Take note of where you are feeling this energy in your body.
Use your imagination.
Use the gift that you have and the power that you have within you and the energy and the light that you have within you to revise this scene just as you would like it to go.
And you are taking action right now.
And when you are ready,
Feeling so much better than before and understanding the light that is within you and your power within you to create from your imagination,
You will remember this scene and you will continue to replay it and you will live from this state and from this wish fulfilled.
And when you are ready,
You can come back to the now.
