Inhale and roll the shoulders up to your ears.
Exhale,
Roll them down the back.
Inhale deeply as you bring the shoulders once again towards the ears and exhale to drop them back down.
Settle the shoulders and as you next breathe in,
Imagine drawing energy from the earth through the soles of the feet to the crown of the head.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Inhale,
Draw energy through the feet to the legs,
The pelvis,
The belly,
The ribs,
The heart to the crown and let it go.
As you next breathe in,
Do the same travelling up through the body,
Feeling the breath entering the front and back of the ribs and the heart.
And on your next inhalation,
Visualise that same journey of energy,
This time travelling like light through the body all the way to the crown of the head.
Feel yourself getting stronger,
Lighter and clearer with every breath in,
A long breath,
Really emphasising,
Generous with this breath.
And final round,
Exhaling completely.
Feel the energy moving through the body,
The fingertips,
The heart.
