Lesson 1
Grounding
Feel free to use this grounding practice before every successive session in the course, or at any time you need to slow down and connect with yourself.
The value of presence is that it provides the fertile soil for all creation, which is rooted in Being. A 'coming-into-presence' meditation where we ground, root, sense, and experience purely without judgment or expectation connects us to the root or 'muladhara' chakra and begins the manifesting journey.

Lesson 2
Movement
It's time to connect with the sacral or 'svadhistana' chakra, move your body, and get the energy flowing! You have the choice to practice a little gentle guided yoga-inspired movement to open the body and then have an optional dance party after the session if that feels good for you.
Think of yourself as a container for experiencing life so that in order to receive and fill up your vessel, you've got to move stuck energy, get the juices flowing and open yourself up. Get luscious, mobile, and celebratory. Treat your body well; you are the receptacle.
NB: You’ll need a yoga mat if doing yoga, comfortable clothes for moving in, some water if needed and an upbeat music track if dancing afterward - something that always makes you feel good and want to move your body. My recommendation is to follow my guided yoga movement and then put on some good music and have a dance party... but do as you feel to!
Some tips for having a private dance party: choose music that really makes you want to move - perhaps something associated with joyful memories, celebrations, or a great party. Find a private place where you feel comfortable - this could be in your favorite room of the house with no onlookers, on a secluded beach, or in the woods.
Start by moving slowly and consciously and expand and enlarge your movement from there. It's perfectly ok to feel self-conscious or uncomfortable at first! See if you can allow yourself to soften into it, to smile, close your eyes and celebrate the freedom of your body moving to music that inspires and elevates you. Play your track on repeat if needs be and just go with the flow of the music - there are no rules other than to have fun!

Lesson 3
What Do I Want?
Today's exercise is a seated practice that is heart-focused and includes a guided visualization practice to support you in tuning into your desired perfect day.
It is so important to listen to your unique desires and your soul’s code. The desire, by the way, IS the prompt. The prompt that shows you what you can have. You have the desire, the idea, the image of your life unique to you.
Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes after this session. Fill in the details of your vision - how much money is in the bank? What can you smell around you? What are the textures? What are you wearing or using as crockery or tools? And add anything else coming to mind as you write. Don't be afraid to get detailed here on how all of this makes you feel.
As an added step, I encourage you to create a vision board of your dream and place it somewhere you'll see and connect to it every day. I like to do this every 6-12 months by cutting up images and words from magazines and sticking them to a large piece of paper to create a collage of my desires. You can make it quite structured with sections for different areas of your life or let it be more organic and holistic - there are no rules! What's fun is keeping hold of your vision boards and returning to them months or years down the line to see just how much has materialized.

Lesson 4
Worthiness & Self-Value
How do you see yourself? As a failure or a victim, or as a success?
Tapping into the solar plexus or 'manipura' chakra and touching on the power of Jungian archetypes or shadow work, we'll start to identify the story that governs how we see ourselves and our expectations of life. We'll begin to clear blocks and limiting beliefs, learning how to love and forgive ourselves. When we boost our self-worth and raise our feelings of deservedness, we give ourselves permission to have and receive.
We absolutely have to value ourselves highly in order to be an energetic match for our manifestations, so I'll help you to create affirmations that rewire your brain and way of thinking.
NB: There are 12 'official' archetypes defined by Carl Jung and actually 78 in the card deck I use, so feel free to explore and play with however many of them resonate with you!

Lesson 5
Gratitude
Gratitude is the super-powered secret sauce to making manifestation happen. The universe loves it! With the use of this guided meditation, give thanks for all that you already have, even if you haven't reached your ideal outcome nor feel like you ever will. With practice, your brain will start to expand its awareness of what’s good and draw more of it to you. The key is to feel the gratitude at the heart or 'anahata' chakra level and let it emanate from you.
For added oomph, I highly recommend you add to your present state of gratitude by extending this meditation into a practice of giving thanks for all the things you haven't yet received or experienced, but which you are calling in and are on their way to you.
If you'd like guidance with this, feel free to use my "Creating Abundance: Giving Thanks Ahead of Time" track on my Insight Timer profile.

Lesson 6
Ask
You started out by visioning and setting a strong intention, now it’s time to ask. Fill in as much detail as you wish, but remain detached to your vision arriving in a particular form or from a particular direction: the universe delivers in manifold ways and will create through you as an expression of life itself.
We often think it’s rude or greedy to ask but don’t be afraid to go BIG. Ask and thou shall receive! But remember to ask yourself - why do I want what I want? What am I looking to feel more of? By asking, you must also talk about your desire, and speak it into reality. This stage is all about opening your voice, your throat, or your 'visuddha' chakra.
Bear in mind you can ask but you also may not want it when you receive it. Don't worry about this, it's quite common and you can refine this practice at any time. Just enjoy the play.
Take 10 minutes at the end of this session to dig down into your desire to establish what you're looking to feel more of in manifesting your desires. Write it down. Keeping this in mind, what can you do more of to bring about these feelings? Like attracts like, so if you cultivate more feelings of freedom, joy, and play in your everyday life, you'll start to attract what you're seeking.
And don't forget to start speaking your vision to people wherever you go.

Lesson 7
Abundance Mindset
Cultivating an abundance mindset is about realizing that there is nowhere to get to, that your vision is not far off in the ether but within. YOU are the creator who brings it forth. We are removing the idea that manifesting these desires is hard and learning how to transcend lack, neediness, and limitations with low vibrations. We’ve been taught that it’s hard but it needn't be.
As we access the third eye or 'ajna' chakra associated with openness and imagination, it is about feeling the fullness and richness of the present moment. Tuning into heart-based desire with less effort and more ease.
Mindset choice: Everything is within, everything is abundant. Even if it’s not real for you right now, you'd better believe that it is! Change your inner beliefs and your outer world will line up. What’s more uncomfortable? Wanting and not having the thing you want OR working on shifting your beliefs?
Take 10 minutes at the end of this session to write five abundance affirmations in your journal, starting with the phrase "I am." Repeat them daily in meditation or while you brush your teeth as a powerful way of filtering into and reprogramming your subconscious.

Lesson 8
Become The Person
What mindset, habits, and behaviors do you need to practice to be the person who receives the thing? Maybe you need to take driving lessons, learn to speak Cantonese, invest in a business degree, or start exercising in the woods every morning? Also - how do you need to see yourself? Are you someone who dresses smartly and takes care of their appearance, do you see yourself shaking hands with UN representatives or your music idols, or are you getting up early to write your novel before work?
You have to see yourself there and act accordingly in order to become the person who has the thing. So be the person who prepares to own and take care of this vision. Act from the position of the person you’re stepping into and step into the role! If you get stuck, ask yourself - what would this higher version of me do or choose?
By connecting with the crown or 'sahasrara' chakra, we appeal to the highest version of ourselves.
You have to believe it’s for you and not “something that happens for other people.”
Take at least 10 minutes to journal the habits and behaviors you need to enact, along with specific details on what you wear, what your daily routine looks like, and who surrounds you. Ask yourself what it is you do best that comes easily and naturally. These are your unique gifts that are urging to be expressed. Don’t ignore the fact that they’re easy - it’s why they’re called gifts!

Lesson 9
Taking Action
The universe loves action! You have to start working towards your goals, bit by bit. Schedule that call, send out the invites, prepare your resume, or begin your house search. Whatever it is that you know needs doing, start it now. It doesn't have to be enormous, well-strategized, or come with detailed plans, but you do need to take your first step and keep going.
In your journal, take 10 minutes to identify what steps need to be taken and then schedule them so they get done. Use the excitement of your vision now to propel you forward rather than putting these tasks off.

Lesson 10
Believe
Believe, trust and keep the faith!
We all falter with faith from time to time but you have to hold tight to your rock-solid belief that this is for you. Your belief means so much more than you think it does. Believe that it’s inevitable.
While you wait for your desire to be realized, have fun and enjoy the feeling of knowing it’s coming. Use supportive language to affirm what's already yours and get to work transferring your beliefs from other areas of your life to the parts of yourself that you're looking to create more out of. Don’t be stressed, don’t grip too hard.
And remember, you have to believe it to see it!

Lesson 11
Surrender
This session is all about letting go of struggle and getting out of your own way, relaxing into the flow. I'll share how you must live daily life at the same time as setting your intentions and keeping the faith. It's also about surrendering attachment to specific outcomes, and understanding that none of us has ultimate control.
Surrendering is also about giving space to life and slowing down enough that we can open our eyes, observe signs or instructions and ultimately, receive. Don’t squeeze the life out of life, rather let the flow of universal life, intelligence, and feminine energy hold you and guide you way beyond what your mind may have invented.

Lesson 12
Receiving
Also connected to the idea of feminine energy, here I'll teach you how to harvest, receive, and enjoy with ease. Be a container for receiving with grace and ease, rather than doubt, dismissal, and resistance.
Do you turn down compliments, gifts, support, and opportunities? Or do you accept and absorb them readily? Learn how to accept them with grace, starting with the every day, and you'll open the channel to receive your vision too.

Lesson 13
Recap
This final session recaps what we've covered and shares a useful aphorism or phrase I use to remember the process of manifesting: Ask, see, believe. Dance, smile, receive!
