Perhaps you are already feeling more calm,
Peaceful and focused.

Notice that your unconscious mind can show you just how you might do this.
Perhaps you can identify a simple way to bring this feeling of calm into your life in the moments,
Days and weeks ahead.
Notice that you already know how and that really it is possible to create a little more peace,
Calm and focus in your life.
Now returning to your breath and taking in a steady full inhale and a long gentle exhale,
Breathing in and breathing out.
As you gently begin to move your attention back into the room,
Listening to the sounds around you,
Envisioning the room around you,
Taking one more full breath in and a long steady exhale,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And gently,
When you feel ready,
Beginning to open your eyes,
Taking this feeling of calm,
Peace and focus with you back into your day.
