Metta Meditation is a practice of developing kind attitudes towards one's self, as well as others. Metta can be translated as "loving-kindness," "benevolence," "goodwill," or "friendliness." In this guided meditation, we will start by offering Metta phrases to another being that's easy to wish well (such as an animal friend or admired mentor). Then, we'll turn that kind intention towards our own selves.
