Welcome to your manifestation,

Meditation and visualization exercise.

Prepare yourself to be taken on a journey that takes you into your light.

Have a notebook or journal and pen or pencil ready for journaling what you see,

What you discover at the end of this journey.

Find yourself a comfortable place without interruption where you can tune in and turn on your inner light,

Your inner passion and desires.

Let's begin.

Sit up nice and tall.

Feet are firmly rooting into the earth if you're sitting on a chair.

Spine is long.

If you're sitting on the floor on a yoga pillow,

Legs can be crossed,

Hands can rest gently in your lap.

Sit up nice and tall,

Feeling your body supported,

Hands resting in your lap.

Closing your eyes to tune into your heart.

Tune into your space all around you.

Turn off all that's around you and go inward.

Feeling your feet rooting into the earth.

Feel your breath in your belly.

Inhale deep,

Filling your lungs,

Filling your heart.

And exhale,

Letting everything go.

Feeling your body soften,

Resting in this space.

Feeling your presence right here,

Right now.

Imagine your feet rooting into the earth,

Roots going deep,

Deep,

Deep into the earth,

Grounding you,

Supporting you.

From the earth's core,

We gather up our energy.

We gather up our light,

Strength,

Our courage.

Let the energy come up your legs to your belly,

All the way up to your spine,

To the crown of your head,

All the way up to the heavens.

You are connected deep into the earth and all the way up to the heavens.

You're connected to Source.

You're connected to who you are at your core.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now with your mind's eye,

Visualize right at your navel,

At your center,

Is a beautiful,

Brilliant,

Glowing light like the Sun.

Maybe it's as small as a flame or as big and brilliant as the Sun.

And it radiates within you.

Each and every one of you has a light that's been placed there just for you.

It's meant for you.

And I want you to feel your light,

The brilliance,

The strength of your light,

The love,

The passion.

Notice that light with every breath in.

It gets brighter and bigger,

Filling up the space around you as if people can see and feel it all around you.

This light feels like home.

It's who you are.

It's at your core.

It's what was placed there for you before you were birthed into this physical body.

It begins to bring a gentle smile to your lips because you know this to be true.

Breathing in and letting this light fill you up.

Exhale.

Feeling your strength.

Begin with your mind's eye to see what's in this light.

Your passions,

Your joys,

Your strength,

Your creativity.

Maybe it's family.

Maybe it's friends.

Maybe work.

Your mission and purpose.

Notice what comes to mind.

See the details.

See the colors.

See the light.

Use all of your senses.

What are you wearing?

Notice the smile on your lips.

Who's with you?

What do you smell?

Maybe fresh air.

The smell of flowers.

The sun is bright,

Warming your skin.

Maybe you're at the beach and in front of you lies the ocean,

The waves,

And you feel your feet in the sand.

Maybe you're collaborating with someone on a project that's dear to your heart.

Get really clear on that image.

Breathe into it.

Nourishing that vision.

Exhaling.

Feeling the calm.

Feeling the ease.

Now bring the palms of your hands together in prayer pose right at your heart.

And now lower your hands down to your navel and begin to feel the heat between your hands.

Rubbing your hands together.

Let your light feel the energy between your hands.

The light nourishes every cell in your body.

It nourishes your blood,

Your bones.

And we're going to bring that energy into the palm of your hands.

Feel the heat between your hands.

Rubbing your hands gently,

Creating more heat,

More light,

More energy.

Now very gently bring the palms of your hands apart right at your navel.

Shoulder width apart.

This is the mudra for manifesting.

Now imagine you're holding between your hands all your dreams,

All your passions,

All your gifts,

All your desires.

Everything you can imagine.

Dreaming is unlimited.

Life is unlimited.

We are meant for a purpose.

We are meant to fulfill whatever it is that we have a nudge for.

If it's there,

You are meant for it.

Now begin repeating after me.

I want it.

I've got it.

I know it.

It's coming.

Bring your hands a little bit closer.

I want it.

I've got it.

I know it.

It's coming.

Bring your hands a little bit closer.

I want it.

I've got it.

I know it.

It's coming.

Bring your hands all the way together.

Pressing the palms together at the heart.

Let that vision,

That energy,

That inspiration,

That desire,

That passion that you're meant for,

Let it fill your heart.

So full.

So bright.

So beautiful.

Feel the gratitude.

Feel joy.

Feeling inspired that this is what I'm meant for.

This is what I'm meant for.

This is why I'm here.

This is my purpose.

Breathe that in for a moment.

Keep that vision in your mind's eye.

As your eyes are closed,

Turn them upward towards your third eye,

Right in the center of the forehead.

It's the seat of our inspiration,

Creativity,

Passions.

And we're going to activate the mind and tune in to the energy we are feeling.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now place a gentle smile on your lips knowing,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

I am meant for this.

I am here for a reason.

I am worthy.

I am important.

I matter.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Rest your hands on your lap.

Remember the roots at the bottoms of your feet.

And now see at the bottoms of your feet and notice the golden cord that connects you to the core of the earth.

The roots are beautiful.

They're nourishing.

They're powerful.

And let that energy flow up,

Up,

Up through your legs,

Up your spine,

To the top of your head.

And that beautiful golden cord extends all the way up to the heavens.

So you're connected,

You're grounded.

Connected to source.

Connected to your power.

Connected to the energy that creates who you are.

I want you to begin to see that vision again at your belly.

Bring it back to the center of your core,

At your navel.

Imagine at the center is your light,

Like the Sun.

It nourishes you.

It feeds you.

It fills you up.

Imagine that light grows brighter.

Six feet in front of you,

It expands.

Six feet behind you,

Your light reaches six feet to your left and six feet to your right.

Above you and below you.

You are in this beautiful protective bubble.

This beautiful light that surrounds you and protects you.

Keeps you safe,

Pure.

It keeps you true to who you are.

And notice that you can feel this energy all around you.

And you feel that,

Yes,

We're all here for a purpose.

We all matter.

Get really clear with your vision.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

In a moment,

I invite you to open your eyes and write what you saw.

This is just for you.

Breathe into it.

Feel it.

Feel safe.

Feel excited.

Passionate about your truth.

You are the shining star.

You are the shining light within your world.

We are meant to bring our light to the world.

If you're here,

You're here for a reason.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Let everything soften.

Feel the ease.

Feel the flow.

Feel excited for what you saw,

What you discovered.

Maybe it was something you never thought of before.

Didn't realize it was hiding within you.

One more deep breath in.

Sip in a little bit more air.

Fill the lungs.

Hold the breath.

Fuel your body.

Fuel your cells.

Exhale.

Open your eyes.

Begin writing what you saw.

Explore.

Play.

Remember.

No but.

Feel the ease.

It feels good to feel good.

It's from this state that we can create the biggest waves,

The biggest impact.
