My self-image story.
Sit up nice and tall,
Put a gentle smile on your lips,
Ready to create the image of your true self.
Lengthen from the tailbone through the crown of the head,
Shoulders drop,
Heart opens,
Eyes gently closed,
Turned upwards toward your third eye.
Let the length in your spine reach all the way up from the crown of your head into the heavens.
Hands rest comfortably on your knees,
Palms face up,
Ready to receive.
Inhale through the nose,
Draw in beautiful oxygen into the lungs and stretch the lungs,
Sip in more air,
A little bit more,
And exhale.
And again,
Breathe in,
Inhale more,
Inhale more,
And release.
Nice and slow.
One more time,
Inhale through the nose,
Stretch and nourish the lungs,
Breathe in,
And release.
My self-image story.
I believe that within me is my gift to this world.
I can't share my gift if I don't first own it for myself.
Believing in my greatness,
My power,
My ability to love and live fully will free me to be who I am meant to be,
Letting go of the thoughts and beliefs that bind me.
Instead,
Allowing the love for my life to guide me in all that I think,
Feel,
And do.
It's like passing the torch.
I let my light shine bright so that you can also let yours shine bright.
I have spent years believing in what others have said was true for me.
I found that path led me to sadness,
Anxiety,
Self-doubt,
Regret,
And uncertainty.
Knowing now that within me,
I have the power to choose to live in my greatness or to follow someone else's vision,
I choose my vision.
The image I hold in my mind and heart is the vision I hold for all of us to be happy,
Joyful,
Abundant,
And serving others from a loving heart.
It is all of our uniqueness that creates an amazing world and community full of possibility beyond our imagination.
I have the ability to create a world where we no longer fear who we are.
I embrace my greatness.
I no longer try to make people who I think they should be,
And I no longer live as they think I should be,
But as I truly am.
I take risks,
Achieve great things,
And live a joyful,
Fulfilled life of abundance and possibility.
My human potential is realized,
And I live without limits in my thinking,
And I create a mindset of magnificence.
I can and will manifest more in my life with the power of my positive self-image.
I tap into my treasure of abundance.
I now live the life I am truly meant for and shed the limits that I picked up along the way.
I build my image.
I activate spirit.
I expect with my heart and soul that spirit will reward me openly for my faith.
