This heart healing and breathing meditation is intended to help you synchronize your heart and brain at a physiological level to bring a flow of positive energy. This short meditation and breathwork is a perfect way to begin each day with calm, clarity, and creativity. Welcome to your heart healing and breathing meditation.

Be sure to give yourself space and time to sink into your heart,

Into your breath,

And allow healing to come from within you.

Sitting up nice and tall,

Lengthen your spine from your tailbone to the top of your head.

Feet are rooted into the earth.

Feel the energy in your legs,

Palms resting gently on your knees.

Feel the belly rise and fall with every breath.

Inhale and exhale through the nose.

A gentle smile on your lips.

Eyes are gently closed,

Turning upwards toward your third eye,

The middle of the forehead,

Even activating that third eye by giving it a little tap with your index finger.

It's tapping the center of your forehead.

Eyes gently closed,

Waking up your intuition,

Your inner guidance,

Your inner voice.

Big breath in through the nose,

Just feel more alive with every breath,

Filling the lungs with the inhale.

Exhale through the nose.

Bring your attention and focus to your brain and imagine an elevator from your brain going down,

Down,

Down,

Down into your heart center.

As you bring your attention to your heart center,

It synchronizes the heart and brain at a physiological level to bring a flow of a positive state.

So see that elevator as it rests now in your heart center.

Breathe into your heart and exhale.

Now I want you to imagine yourself in that elevator.

The doors open and you step out into your heart and you see this magnificent,

Glorious light surrounding you,

Penetrating you.

You're one with this light,

One with your heart center,

One with this beautiful energy.

Breathe into your heart as if your heart breathes itself.

You feel this energy coming in and out like a wave.

Breath in through the heart,

Out through the heart.

We're consciously activating positive emotion by energizing the heart,

Turning the light up in the heart.

Now bring to mind someone that easily inspires love and gratitude within you or something you are so grateful for.

Feel more energy,

More love,

More light expand.

It expands into your bones,

Into your body,

Into your blood,

Into every cell of your body,

To your fingertips,

To your toes,

To the top of your head.

Let this light and energy move in and out from the center of your chest.

Let this breath fill you up and create unconditional love.

Notice your electromagnetic field expand in front of you,

Behind you,

To your left and to your right.

Let this light encompass you,

Let it fill you.

Imagine it radiating now,

Making you feel more and more attractive and magnetic.

It will help you be at the right place at the right time.

It will help you attract everything you need to succeed.

It will open you up to higher thinking centers of the brain so that you have access to solutions,

Ideas and more creativity.

It will help you strengthen your positive mental attitude,

Your vitality and your energy.

Breathe in through the heart,

Exhale now through the mouth.

Let your shoulders drop a little bit more,

Heart opens a little bit more,

The smile on your face gets a little bit more brighter.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

One more breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Allow your attention to come to your physical body,

To your seat,

To your feet planted on the earth.

Notice the space around you,

Notice it's lighter,

Brighter,

Feels more joyful.

And as the smile on your face brightens,

Take in one more breath and as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

See through the new lens of your eyes as your heart and your brain is connected,

Allowing love,

Light,

Joy to be with you throughout your day.
