Hi this is davidji and I'm in my treehouse right now and we've got blue skies,
White puffy clouds,
There's a soft breeze coming in off the ocean right here.
So wherever you are in the world,
Join me in my treehouse and let's meditate together.
Allow whatever this energy is to embrace your energy and we'll both be in the sweet spot.
So let's take a long slow deep breath in and ever so gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time and allow our eyelids to ever so gently float closed and release.
Let's begin by watching our breath.
Let's watch our breath as it comes into us,
As it moves down deep into us,
And as it flows back out without judgment.
Just notice it,
Simply witness it.
Let's begin by asking ourselves a few sacred questions here.
First let's ask,
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Who am I when I'm at my best?
And just allow all the different ways that you show up to unfold before you.
And next let's ask,
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
Who are the people?
Who are the animals?
What are the situations and circumstances for which I'm so truly grateful?
And just allow your gratitude list to unfold.
And next let's ask,
What does my heart truly long for?
What does my heart truly long for?
And feel free to rest your hand or your hands on your heart.
Remember,
You're not asking your head this question,
You're asking your heart.
Allow it to answer.
When we can quiet the fluctuations of our mind,
We can hear the whispers of our heart.
What is your heart telling you right now?
What does it long for?
And now based on the answers to these three sacred questions,
Let's invite an intention into our awareness.
Make it a state of mind,
A state of being,
A trait,
A quality,
Or a characteristic that you'd like to amplify or embrace.
Or if it's sleeping,
Maybe it's dormant,
You'd like to awaken it.
What aspect of yourself would you like to awaken just for today?
Just allow that to crystallize in your mind's eye.
And if you're not sure,
Ask yourself,
Who's the me who wants to show up today?
If you can hear that plane flying overhead,
It's a low-flying propeller plane.
And I always envision that as the planes fly over us while we're meditating,
They're throwing out hundreds,
Thousands of hearts,
Just showering you and me with hearts right now.
And then soon that will drift away.
So at least we had our heart moment here for a bit.
Once you've crystallized,
Who is the you who wants to show up?
Let's invite that intention into our heart and plant it like a seed in that fertile soil of our heart.
We'll plant it deep.
We'll plant it with love.
We'll plant it with intention.
And feel that seed embed in that fertile soil of your heart.
Feel it flowing through you energetically,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Psychically,
Spiritually.
And just about now it's infused into every single one of your 30 trillion cells.
So let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let that go.
Let's release it.
We'll release our attachment to outcome.
We've planted the seed and how do we nourish that seed like in any garden?
If it was in our regular garden outside the treehouse,
We'd pour water on it.
We'd let sun get into it.
We'd have some fertilizer coming into it.
But for this seed that we've planted in our heart,
We just need to connect to the stillness and silence that rests within.
And that will activate the seed.
This is the secret of manifestation.
And we'll take it deeper by using the mantra of manifestation.
So hum.
So hum.
I am that.
So whatever it is you've planted,
We're going to silently repeat the Sanskrit vibration.
So hum,
Which means I am that thing.
I am that.
And this will allow us to manifest with greater velocity and greater ease.
Say it out loud with me one time.
So hum.
And now whisper it.
And what we're going to do is we're going to,
As we breathe in,
Silently repeat so.
And as we breathe out,
Silently repeat hum.
We'll just get into a gentle rhythm.
Don't force.
Sometimes the rhythm will go one way and the mantra will go another way and your breath will go another way.
That's okay.
However it goes,
At a certain point you'll realize,
Oh,
I'm not even repeating the mantra anymore.
And in that moment,
Ever so gently drift back to so.
So.
Hum.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
And now release.
Your breath from the mantra.
And just have that gentle repetition of so hum.
Repeating silently.
In fact,
Don't say the mantra.
Listen to it.
Listen for it.
Allow it.
So hum.
To just bubble up.
All around you.
Holding you in this safe container of manifestation.
So hum.
And just sit and let the stillness and silence settle in.
And take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that go.
We've asked the sacred questions.
We've planted those intentional seeds in the fertile soil of our heart.
We've taken it deeper.
By connecting to that stillness and silence that rests within.
And let's seal this meditation.
Let's celebrate the power of this collective.
By chanting the vibration of oneness.
Om.
Long and loud.
This heralds our oneness and connects us beyond space and time.
Take a deep breath in.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can ever so gently open your eyes.
And welcome back.
Thanks for joining me in my treehouse.
That was fun.
Got some birds and a rooster.
And a plane throwing hearts over us.
It's a good day.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
Wishing you love.
Wishing you a beautiful day.
Keep meditating.
And I'll see you in the gap.
Namaste.
