Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
On taking your life to the next level.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Get really comfortable.
Gently feather your nest.
With your eyes open and through your nose take a long slow deep breath in.
And effortlessly let that go.
And now allow your eyelids to gently float closed and take another long slow deep breath in through your nose.
And surrender it back out.
Let it go.
Feel yourself settle in.
Keep watching your breath as it flows in and out.
In every single moment of our waking state we have a choice.
To choose a grievance or a miracle.
It may sound challenging at times.
It may feel uncomfortable.
But every moment is a choice.
Every moment leading up to this moment is perfect.
And although you might not have liked what happened in the past.
Each of those building blocks have led to the foundation that exists in your life right now.
If we can seize this moment.
Acknowledge that this moment,
Not the moments of the past,
But this moment,
Is the one that holds that precious,
Powerful,
New choice.
Then we can lift one leg from out of the past.
Step into the now.
And soar into the future.
What holds us back?
That fear.
That fear of removing that leg in the past which has defined us.
For days,
Weeks,
Months,
Years,
Even decades.
We fear we might lose ourself in the process.
Our identity.
All of our stories,
Excuses,
Rationalizations of why things are today can only be liberated and soothed by letting them go.
Keep following your breath.
And ask yourself this question.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Don't force the answers.
Simply allow them to float to you.
This is a perfect time to start your dialogue,
A fresh,
New dialogue,
With the universe.
If the answers that float to you are based on the past,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in right now and let them go.
As Lao Tzu said,
When I let go of who I am,
I become who I might be.
And here is that moment.
The sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
Place your hand on your heart right now.
Allow the universe to come into your heart with each breath.
Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath of the universe as it flows unconditional love into your heart,
Giving you permission to release what no longer serves you.
Giving you the power to let go of the past definitions of yourself,
To let go of excuses,
Reasons,
And in this moment own your impact.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let's just release all that stuff and replace it with the mantra.
I own my impact.
I own my impact.
I own my impact.
Now,
Whisper it.
I own my impact.
I own my impact.
I own my impact.
And now repeat it silently to yourself.
And now repeat it silently to yourself.
Feel your heart fill,
Feel your heart awaken to the now.
Feel a lightness of being start to ripple through you as you step out of the darkness of the past and into the light of the now.
Where you are not defined,
You are not stuck,
You have hope,
Possibility,
You are living in the place of pure potentiality where your thoughts,
Your words,
And your deeds can create the new,
Rebirthed you.
Let's take it a little deeper,
We'll use the mantra,
The ancient mantra,
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
The mantra of merging,
The past dissipating into the ether and the new being born right now.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Remember that repetition of the mantra is gentle and relaxed,
There's no need to force,
No need to concentrate.
Repeat it easily and effortlessly.
And when you notice you've drifted away,
And you will of course,
To thoughts,
To sounds,
To physical sensations,
Ever so gently drift back to Om Nama Shivaya.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change,
It may get louder or fainter,
Faster or slower,
It may even become jumbled or distorted.
However it changes,
Don't resist it.
When you realize you've drifted away,
Ever so gently drift back to Om Nama Shivaya.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear me ringing the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
Om Nama Shivaya.
I own my impact.
Sit for a moment here and allow the stillness and silence to settle in.
And now take a long slow deep breath in.
And let that go.
Do that one more time.
Long slow deep breath in.
And effortlessly release it.
And let's seal this meditation.
Let's seal the real world expression of your divine nature.
Let's seal owning our impact by chanting Om,
The hymn of the universe.
Just one time together take a long slow deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable you can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at those who you share this collective consciousness with.
Place your palms together.
Raise them to your heart.
Bow your head just a little bit.
And say Namaste.
I honor the divine light in you that's also in me.
And when you're in that space and I'm in that space we are one.
Namaste.
As you move throughout the week,
As you move throughout each day,
Each moment.
When you find yourself defining yourself by something that happened in the past.
Whether it happened outside of you,
To you,
Or by you.
Take a long slow deep breath in and remind yourself.
I own my impact.
From the sweet spot of the universe this is David G.
Wishing you a day,
A week,
A lifetime of owning your impact.
And I'll see you in the gap.
Aham Brahmasmi baby.
