Welcome to this fire inspired meditation prescription.
I'm Dani and I'll be guiding you back to confidence and clarity using a combination of breath and visualization.
The empowerment meditation is most potent when you notice that you're stuck in judgment or indecision.
Energetically inviting fire energy back into your practice will help you take inspired action.
Let's begin.
Sitting comfortably with your spine upright as you begin to settle I invite you to close down your eyes.
Slowly shift from side to side until you feel supported eventually coming into stillness.
Begin by turning to your breath and at first simply noticing the sound,
The temperature,
The texture,
The rhythm.
커�ulture As you begin to really start to pay attention to the temperature of your breath as it draws into the body,
Contrasted by the temperature as it exits the body.
Next,
Place your hands on your belly and start to breathe in and out.
Place your hands on your belly and start to deepen your breath.
As you inhale,
Feel the belly near your navel expand into your hands.
Then feel your belly retract away from your hands as you exhale.
Inhale the belly expands.
Exhale the belly retracts.
Just continuing to breathe into your hands with full awareness.
Inhale the belly expands.

Drawing your attention to the heat building inside your body.
Allow the warmth to spread from your navel down through your legs,
Up into your chest,
And out through your arms.
Inhale the belly retracts.

When you notice yourself drifting away from the heat,
Turn your attention to directing your exhalation into your belly.
You might consider including or introducing a gentle pause at the end of the exhale to kindle your flame.
Continue this breath until you can feel its heat with certainty.

From here,
Start to visualize a ray of sunshine landing softly on your skin from above.
Envision its bright light radiating through your entire body,
Clearing through perceived limits,
Excuses,
Or anything else that's been getting in the way.
Without getting into the analytical mind,
Resolve to take some kind of action following this meditation.
Allow your breath to come back to normal.
Equal parts inhalation and exhalation.
Letting go of any control over the breath and expanding the awareness to your surroundings.
Sensing the space,
Your body in the space,
The sounds inside and outside of the space.
Using the next few breaths to awaken from your meditation practice before moving about your day.
