Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Roll your shoulders and then gently roll your head side to side and around to release any tension.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Allowing your body to relax with each exhale as we get ready for an amazing journey.
Imagine yourself standing on the earth,
Anchored to the ground,
Feeling the soil beneath your feet.
Feel that invisible energy that connects you to the planet,
From the base of your spine down your legs and then anchoring your feet.
Be prepared to temporarily release that anchor as we travel toward the celestial realm.
As you breathe in,
Visualize a sphere of the purest white light emanating from just above your head.
Then that light slowly flows down across your entire body,
Warming you,
Cleansing you,
Giving you a feeling of ultimate safety.
This light then forms a bubble of divine energy around you,
Enveloping you in a protective,
Comforting embrace.
Crystal clear divine protection all around you,
Forming your celestial starship to keep you perfectly safe on your journey.
With your next calming breath,
You gently begin to rise from the ground,
Safely enclosed in your divine bubble.
You temporarily release those roots which ground you to the earth.
As you ascend,
You can feel the air becoming cooler and crisper,
Yet perfectly comfortable.
Your divine bubble gently brings you higher and higher as you look completely around you and above you and below you,
Where you see the buildings and trees and lakes and rivers become ever smaller.
You are now entering the first layer of the atmosphere,
And notice a warm,
Golden yellow light surrounding you.
Let this color fill you with calm and optimism,
And breathe.
Allow you now to rise higher,
Where the golden yellow transitions into a soothing violet hue.
Allow this color and its energy to wash over you,
Releasing any tension or pain or worry or discomfort.
You can feel your heart rate lessen,
Your blood pressure lower,
And your breathing slow.
As you ascend even farther in your divine bubble craft,
The violet deepens into a rich,
Pure blue.
Gently breathe in this color of tranquility and peace,
Letting it permeate your entire being.
All of your cells,
All of your organs,
Your aura.
And you are now leaving the last layer of the atmosphere,
Entering the vast expanse of space.
Here,
In the stillness,
You remain safe and comfortable in your divine bubble.
Your breathing is easy and natural.
Roll your shoulders once again to release any tension,
And let them fall naturally to your sides.
The calm that surrounds you is unlike anything you have ever experienced.
Sit in this calmness,
Acknowledge it,
And remember it.
Remember how it makes you feel,
So that you may return to it in your mind's eye at any time,
Anywhere.
Then look around you,
Observe the countless stars twinkling against the darkness.
Notice the swirling colors of distant nebulae,
Pinks,
Purples,
Blues,
Painting the dark,
Mesmerizing canvas of space.
Now turn your gaze toward Earth.
Witness the breathtaking beauty of our blue planet,
Swathed in swirling white clouds.
Below the clouds,
You see the beautiful blues and greens of our life-giving oceans.
The white points of our snow-capped mountains.
And we breathe.
From this perspective,
Borders disappear,
And the world appears as one unified home for all humanity.
As you observe Earth from this vantage point,
Notice how the tensions and problems that seemed so significant before now appear small and distant.
Feel a sense of peace wash over you as you recognize the interconnectedness of all life on our planet,
As you gaze at the beautiful blue marble below you.
Allow yourself,
In your divine craft,
Sitting among celestial beings,
To be filled with a profound sense of calm and joy.
Notice the feeling and love of being part of the human family,
All sharing this beautiful blue sphere floating in the vastness of space.
Carry this sense of peace and unity with you as you prepare now to return to this,
Our only home.
Slowly begin your descent back,
Back through the layers of the atmosphere,
Still perfectly safe in your bubble of divine energy.
As you approach the Earth,
Feel gratitude for this experience and for the new perspective it has given you.
Now we gently touch back down on the ground,
Feeling centered and renewed.
Once again,
Your feet are anchored like roots into this wonderful Earth.
Now slowly take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your current environment.
Feel the weight of your body back on the chair or bed where you are resting,
