Welcome to this guided meditation,
Which will help you relax,
Ground,
And center by using some intentional calming breaths.
After that,
I will recite a list of positive affirmations and ask you to repeat them,
Either aloud or quietly in your own mind.
By repeating these and reflecting on each one with intentionality and purpose,
You can harness the right energy to help them manifest.
First,
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
On a chair or bed.
Allow your eyes to gently close and take a moment to settle into that space.
Roll your shoulders gently to release any tension.
Feel the weight of your body as it slowly drops into the surface that's supporting you.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Once more,
Breathe in,
Hold it,
And breathe out.
As you continue with each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more present in the moment.
Now ground yourself in Earth's energy by visualizing roots like those of a great giant tree extending from the base of your spine,
Which is where your root chakra or energy center is located.
Imagine them reaching deep into the Earth,
Anchoring you,
Connecting you to the stability and nourishment of the life-giving ground beneath you.
As you breathe,
Feel the energy of the Earth rising through these roots,
Filling your body with warmth and strength.
As you breathe in,
Accept the Earth's energy,
And as you breathe out,
Expel any tension,
Stress or strife.
Now let's shift our focus upward and connect to the divine and the energy of higher consciousness.
Imagine a soft,
Radiant,
Pure white light above you,
Representing the Universe's love and wisdom.
Allow this light energy to flow downward,
Entering the crown of your head and filling your entire being with peace and clarity.
As it descends down through and around you,
It bathes you in warmth,
Love and comfort.
Feel this energy merge with the Earth's energy within you.
You are now a channel,
A bridge between the grounding force of the Earth and the uplifting force of the divine.
Inhale deeply and breathe in this divine energy,
And breathe out to remove any negative thoughts or energy.
Now let's take a few more calming breaths together,
Where we will inhale deeply,
Hold for a count of four,
And then exhale slowly and fully.
Get ready,
And let's begin.
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale slowly.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale slowly and fully.
Feel your body relaxing with each breath.
And once more,
Inhale,

And as you do,
Allow any tension to melt away and slowly return to breathing normally and comfortably.
Now let's begin our positive affirmations.
I will say each affirmation and I invite you to repeat it silently in your mind or aloud if you prefer and feel comfortable.
We will take a few seconds after each,
During which I encourage you to pause for reflection of the affirmation that you just recited.
Say them,
Believe them,
And set your intention to manifest them.

I am worthy of receiving love and happiness.

I am physically and emotionally healthier with each passing day.

Illuminating your path and inspiring those around you.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Slowly bringing awareness back to your body.
Take one final deep breath in,
And out.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Returning to the present moment,
Carrying this sense of peace and positivity and your affirmations with you throughout your day.
