Welcome to this much shorter version of the affirmations meditation.
We will move more directly into the affirmations.
Let's begin.
I will say each affirmation and I invite you to repeat it silently in your mind or aloud if you prefer and feel comfortable.
We will take a few seconds after each during which you should pause for reflection of the affirmation that you just recited.
Remember these meditations are about improving mindfulness about even the smallest things that you do,
And that includes reciting these affirmations.
I encourage you to say them,
Believe them,
And set your intention to manifest them.
