I listened to this many times during my pregnancy, which helped me reduce anxiety about labor and tune into the inherent power and wisdom of my body... I then ended up playing it the entire first night when my labor began and it really helped me get through my contractions. Incredible gift, thank you for accompanying me on this journey.

I played this meditation during pregnancy so that I was familiar with it as a birthing tool in labour. The analogy of being in a boat and going through the flames in each surge and then into the cool water of the rest time was powerful. This meditation helped me stay in a hypnotic zone as my body and baby worked together to come into active labour. My midwife said she was brought into a highly relaxed state - almost being lulled to sleep by the meditation. A great help in an empowering natural birth.
