Michelle Swerin's meditation and course content focuses on individualized, trauma-informed, evidence-based mind-body regulation tools and practices. Trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor, ADHD/Neurodivergent Clinical Specialist, Board-Certified Hypnotherapist, Meditation Teacher, and Instructional Designer she understands the balance of creating space and practices that fit your unique needs while taking into account life's demands and the echoes of past storms that may still impact us all at times. Emotions and life can be dysregulating and difficult. If we create space to regulate - vulnerability can become strength, wounds can become wisdom, overwhelm can transform into resilience, and we can build a roadmap to healing and resilience.
