Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Become quiet and still as you bring your awareness to your breath,

Moving in and out.

Each breath anchoring you in the present.

Inhaling and exhaling deeply.

Inhaling to feel the air fill your lungs and exhaling to release tension.

With every inhale,

Inviting a sense of openness to the possibilities that lie ahead.

And with every exhale,

Visualizing tension leaving your body.

Start to visualize in your mind a door in front of you,

Symbolizing the threshold of change.

As you slowly open this door,

See yourself stepping into a beautiful landscape.

Could be a meadow,

A sunrise,

Any place that feels inviting and represents the optimism and peace within you.

See the colors,

The light,

The infinite possibilities that lie ahead.

You take a step into this calm sanctuary,

Feeling the warmth and goodness all around you.

Recognize that this place is a reflection of the hope inside you for this new beginning.

As you embrace the positivity and warmth of this place,

See a radiant light at your heart center,

A symbol of your optimism.

With each breath,

This light expands,

Infusing more of your being with hope and positivity.

Breathing in to expand this light and enhance your positive anticipation.

Breathing out to let this energy spread throughout your entire being.

Embracing your beliefs in the positive outcomes that come from new beginnings.

Start to bring your awareness back to the space where you are.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

I invite you to bring this sense of optimism and hope with you as you move back into your day.
