Good morning,

My friend.

My name is Kari.

Let's do a high vibrational energy shifting meditation together this morning.

So we get ready for our day and we feel good,

Ready for anything that comes our way.

You can stay in bed and listen.

You don't have to change a thing.

Or you can get up and sit down.

Whichever you prefer.

This is your morning.

This is your meditation practice.

Do your meditation however you want to do it.

As long as it feels good.

Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Let's check in with where our body's at this morning.

Do a sweep through your body.

Just observe and feel your legs,

Your torso,

Your arms.

Like where are you at?

What does your body feel like this morning?

Maybe it feels heavy and sleepy still.

Maybe you're tired still.

Maybe you feel good and rested.

Just observe where you're at.

Start to slow down your breathing for me.

Take a longer breath when you breathe in.

Notice the movement in your body that your inhale causes.

How your chest rises.

Your stomach may expand a little bit.

Notice what it feels like when you breathe out nice and slow.

How your body falls and surrenders.

Relaxes on the exhale.

Keep your breathing at a nice slow pace.

Just like this the whole way through if you can.

With your eyes closed I'd like you to imagine that you're there in the middle of a forest.

It's the first thing in the morning.

The space in the woods is nice and quiet.

You have it all to yourself.

It's the perfect weather today.

The air feels a little bit fresh and damp but it's warm.

It's not too cold.

It's just right.

I'd like you to look down at your feet and if you're wearing anything on your feet,

Kick off your socks and your shoes so that you're barefoot so we get some good grounding while we do this walk in the forest.

The earth beneath your feet feels fresh,

Slightly damp,

A little bit cool to the touch on the base of your feet but it feels refreshing.

The dirt is dark and rich looking and it feels as if it's full of magical energy,

Earth energy.

Whittle your toes and just feel that energy.

Slide your feet on the dirt.

Move them back and forward slightly so you can feel it.

Feel the texture of it underneath your feet.

Let's ground our bodies into this magical earth.

Let your feet start to tingle.

Really zone into that sensation in your feet.

Feel it.

Go quiet,

Really observant and feel the tingly sensation in your feet.

It may feel like a gentle buzzing sensation,

Maybe a pulse or a vibration.

If you don't feel anything in your feet that's fine too.

Know that your body is grounding and connecting to the earth.

The energy of the earth,

The electricity,

The magnetism is pouring into the base of your feet and the energy of you,

Your electricity,

Your magnetism is pouring out into the ground beneath you.

An exchange between the two.

Looking forward you notice that there's a path there you start to walk on the path between the trees.

These big beautiful trees all around you.

You can smell the forest.

You can smell the foliage.

You can hear the birds.

It's just the perfect kind of morning.

You also can hear what sounds like a waterfall off in the distance somewhere.

That's what's drawing your attention.

So you start to walk towards that sound on the path feeling the earth underneath your feet as you walk forward.

The sound of the water starts to get louder and louder and you know you're moving in the right direction.

There's a clearing in the trees up ahead and you can just barely see the water coming down over what looks like a mountainside.

Still walking forward getting closer and closer and then you're there staring at the most beautiful looking place.

It's breathtaking.

There's a big pool of water at the bottom of the waterfall.

Big enough for you to easily swim in.

The water is completely crystal clear.

You can see all the different colored stones and pebbles at the bottom.

It looks fresh and clean and completely inviting like oh yes please come swim in me.

Come swim in me.

For now though I'd like you to just walk forward so that your feet are in the water.

Feeling the stones,

The wet cool stones and the dirt moving through your toes and underneath your feet.

It feels refreshing and clean and it makes you feel more awake and alive already just by putting your feet in this pool of water.

Gives you the tingles of your spine.

But there's something special about this place.

You can feel it in the air.

Something different.

I'd like you to take a couple more steps forward so you're about mid-cough.

Let your body start to be completely engulfed with this beautiful water.

This magical water.

And that's when you notice.

When you look down at your feet and your lower legs,

You start to see that they look as if they're becoming more transparent.

The density of your body is changing.

The cells and the bones and the muscles feel as if everything is opening up.

The water feels as if it's coming into your cells and your bones and your muscles.

Like you're becoming more spacious,

More light,

More open.

Your frequency is changing.

Your vibration is becoming faster and higher.

You're less dense.

Taking a couple more steps forward,

Coming to mid-thigh.

Ooh,

Really feel this sensation.

Let the water completely penetrate into your body.

It's cool and it feels so electric,

Alive,

Full of light,

Energy,

Power.

You can feel it coming into your system.

It's like it's changing your DNA.

And as you look down,

You notice the rest of your legs have done the same thing.

You can see through your body as if you're no longer dense and heavy.

Move even more forward up to your waist.

Feel the exchange coming into the bottom of your spine.

Allow it to rush into that part of your body.

Taking away all the heaviness,

All the denseness,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

Ooh,

It's just making you feel so light and so open and so spacious.

And there's this feeling of peace,

Just a wave of peace coming through your body.

Like you're starting to feel as if you don't need anything.

All is good and perfect in the world.

All is good within your body and your being.

And that's when you let yourself completely trust.

Allow your body to just fall back like a trust fall and float.

Let your whole body just open up and float on the surface of this magical water.

Allow the tingling sensation to be in every part of your being.

Feel it in your hands and your fingertips.

Feel it running through your heart.

Let it open your heart center completely.

Let your whole being open.

Everything about you is becoming lighter,

Faster.

Your frequency is completely changing from head to toe.

Buzzing with energy and life force.

Like the water around you is an elixir that your body needed.

And you're sucking it in as if your whole body is a straw absorbing into your blood,

Your bones,

Your cells,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your brain,

All of your emotional aspects,

Your energy bodies,

Your aura.

Everything about you is absorbing this elixir,

This manna,

This magic all around you.

And just enjoy,

Just relax and enjoy.

Let yourself be completely open.

Let yourself change.

Very gently shift your feet down to the bottom of the water.

Once again feeling the pebbles underneath your feet,

Feeling the ground beneath you.

For the next eight steps forward,

Back towards the bank,

Back towards the side of the water,

Your whole being is going to start to come back together,

Forming its natural density,

The body that you have in your daily life.

But all of this energy,

All of the upgrades,

All of the vibrational shifts and changes is going to stay with you.

We're just going to pull your body back to its regular place.

So as you step forward on one,

Just feel the density of your feet,

Feel the energy in your feet.

Your feet are coming back to their regular shape,

The way they normally look.

As you step forward on two,

Watch how your legs shift and change.

Back to your normal looking legs.

You can see it because the water is so beautiful and clean and clear.

Looking down as you step forward three,

Watch your body come back.

Four,

Five,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your shoulders.

Six,

Seven,

Feeling the pebbles underneath your feet.

One final step out of the water,

Eight,

All the way up to your head,

To the very top of your head.

Everything is back to normal,

Except the way that you feel.

You feel alive,

Full of peace.

You feel solid and grounded,

Ready for your day,

Whatever comes your way.

You've got this.
