Good morning my friend.
For this meditation,
Climb out of your bed,
Sit down on your meditation pillow.
Once you're comfortable,
Straighten your spine,
Relax your shoulders and close down your eyes.
But start your day by taking a nice big deep breath just to reset your body,
Wake your body up a little bit.
Take another big deep breath,
Bringing in some oxygen.
Let's think about how you want your day to go today.
Taking a few minutes out of your time to visualize,
To manifest,
To create the kind of day that you want in your mind.
How do you want your day to go?
Do you want your day to be smooth,
Productive,
Energetic?
Literally think about how you want your day to go.
What would you like to get done today?
Not what you need to get done.
First of all,
Think about what you would like to get done today.
Think about the things that you need to do today.
Think about the things that you need to do.
See in your mind them going as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
The things you'd like to do today,
See in your mind that you're doing them and you're enjoying them and you feel really good while you're doing them.
If you have to go to work,
See it all going smooth.
See it pleasant wherever it can be.
You're energized and productive.
Tonight when you get home,
You feel good about your day.
Maybe you have a nice hot bath,
A wonderful meal.
Keep it simple,
But just imagine skimming over your day in your mind and seeing it going as perfectly as it possibly can.
Take a nice big deep breath as if you're closing down your visualization.
Say to yourself in your mind and so it is,
