Good morning,
Everybody.
So if you'd like to lay down for your meditation,
Then go ahead and do so.
If you'd like to sit with your spine nice and straight.
First of all,
Slow down your best friend,
Your breath.
Slow it down.
Start to take in long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
This way,
You can settle into your body.
Feel the breath move through your body as you inhale.
Let it check all the different areas of your body.
Your nose,
Your throat,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your abdomen.
Breathe it through your body.
And then as you exhale,
Purposefully take the time to soften everything.
Breathe out,
Release,
Let go.
The inhale is coming into your body as a form of openness,
Expansion,
Relaxation.
Think of it like that.
Opening up to whatever knowledge is coming your way.
And as you breathe out,
You're letting go of any cobwebs,
Dust,
Shadows,
Aches or pains from the night before.
Just breathe them all out.
So you're using your breath as a preparation for your meditation,
For your mind,
To prepare your body.
A cleansing of sorts.
You can even view your breath like the wind,
Bringing it in,
Clearing up space inside.
Breathing it out,
Letting it take away any debris that's not needed.
And it's a cycle.
If you just sit like this the whole meditation,
You'll feel the circle,
The cycle,
Repetition,
Just like the waves of the ocean,
Going on and on and on.
And the breath is like the beat of the drum in a shaman meditation.
It's repetitive.
It's designed to shift your brain frequency,
Dropping your brain into more of an alpha brainwave so that you can open to wisdom and knowledge.
This is all happening when you slow down your breath,
Along with much,
Much more.
Imagine in your mind that you're standing at the top of 10 steps.
Look down at your feet and if you see any socks or shoes,
Slippers or anything on your feet,
Please see in your mind that you're kicking them off to the side so that you're barefoot at the top of your 10 steps.
You can wiggle your feet,
Wiggle your toes,
Scrape them on the floor back and forward so that you can feel the texture,
The temperature.
Connect your body to that top step,
Whatever it feels like.
Is it carpeted?
Is your staircase tile,
Wood?
Notice sensations,
The feelings in your feet,
As well as the visualization as you look down at your feet.
What's your staircase made of today?
What does it look like?
Look to the left and look to the right.
Is your staircase open or does it have walls?
Is there other details that you can see?
We're going to go down these 10 steps and when we get down to the bottom,
It's going to be a door and I'll explain all about the door when we get there.
For now,
Let's go down the 10 steps,
Feeling underneath your feet,
Stepping down the steps.

Standing in front of the door that I mentioned,
This door is going to lead you into a very special room,
A room that is going to cater to your specific needs today.
This meditation is all about walking into the challenge of something that needs to be resolved in your life.
So this room is going to aid you.
Maybe your room is just a cozy,
Comfortable,
Relaxing place that you need to just sit and think.
Maybe your room is set up so that you can plan,
Like an office with equipment that you can use,
Things that you need to write down.
Maybe your room is a place where you can get a massage and be soothed and just loved on and relaxed.
Bear these things in mind before we go into the room,
But know that this room today in this meditation is going to help you somehow to cope with that that needs to be done in your life,
That sticky,
Uncomfortable challenge.
On 1,
When I say 1,
You'll open the door.
On 2,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And on 3,
You're going to close the door behind you and find yourself in your special room,
Your personally designed room.

First of all,
Just look down at your feet.
Be aware of the ground.
Just be aware of whatever it is that your feet is connected to.
Feel the texture of it.
Whittle your toes and then look up and look left.
Notice what's over there in the space.
Trust your mind.
If your mind is showing you something completely different than what I've just explained or guided you to see,
Then just trust your mind.
Maybe you're up in the clouds.
Maybe you're not even in a room.
My advice is go with what your mind wants you to experience.
I'm right here as an anchor.
Use my voice.
Know that you're safe and trust yourself.
Don't try and change it to fit what I'm saying.
But if you find yourself in the space that I described,
Then look over to your right.
Notice what's over there.
Details.
Objects.
Now this is the most important thing.
Check in with yourself.
Check in with yourself by closing your eyes and taking a couple of deep breaths.
Don't rush into doing anything just yet,
Please.
Check in with yourself.
Tapping into your gut.
Tapping into your knowing.
Your intuition.
Just breathe.
What do I feel like I need to do?
What am I called to do in this space?
Not what you think you have to do or you should.
Let's burn that word.
Not what you should do.
What do you want to do in this space?
And that's exactly what you're going to do.
Now I'm going to go quiet for a little bit and let you have the space to trust your intuition,
To guide you into what you're doing.
Whatever it is that you're doing,
Really feel it.
If you're touching something,
Feel it.
If you're busy doing something,
Feel it.
If you're just floating,
Feel you.
Feel as much as you can.
As a side note,
Take some breaths into your heart space.
If you can be conscious and just focus on your breath for a few breaths,
Take some breaths into your heart space.
This is the place that will allow your intuition to connect to your actions.
Try not to be in your head.
Try and be in your heart.
I'm going to give you just a couple more minutes in this space.
No matter what your experience was,
No matter what you were called to do,
Even if it was just to be still,
Know that that's exactly what you needed.
No judgment,
No sense of what you think you have to do to feel accomplished.
Just let it be.
Just trust that that was exactly what you needed.
I'm going to count to three and you're going to find yourself back at the bottom of the 10 steps that you came down with your eyes still closed,
Leaving the space behind.
You can come back here and be in this space whenever you need to.
All you have to do is imagine yourself going down the 10 steps and through the door and this space and consciousness will be there for you.
Regardless of whether you're with me or alone,
Just trust that you can return if you need to.
But for now,
Let's count to three and find yourself back at the bottom of the 10 steps.
One,
Two,
Three.
Keeping your eyes closed,
We're going to come back up the steps.
Every step that you take,
See if you can feel your physical body more and more.
So by the time you get to the top of the 10 steps,
When you open your eyes,
You'll feel fully present in your body.
Feel the steps underneath your feet.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Maybe stop and take a deep breath here.
Nice big belly breath.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
You're going to open your eyes.
Come back to the world.
