Imagine that I'm right there in front of you.
We both take a step forward and lean in.
You feel my arms wrap around your shoulders,
Without even thinking about it,
You close your eyes and squeeze your arms around me also.
And as we hug,
You can feel a genuine,
Kind,
Warm energy from my body being poured into your body.
It feels like warm,
Golden honey.
The warmth of my body feels comforting,
Like you want to snuggle in and fall into this safe space.
The softness of my body feels cozy,
Like a big,
Fluffy,
Warm blanket is being wrapped around your body.
You notice how your breathing starts to automatically soften.
You feel your shoulders and the back of your neck starting to soften.
All the tightness and tension that you were carrying in your body is starting to disappear.
There's no rush,
There's no appropriate time for you to pull away or for me to break away.
We can just stay here in this hug.
You can feel that warm,
Kind energy pouring into your chest,
Pouring into your heart space.
Just breathe nice and deep and allow yourself to receive it,
To feel it,
Let your body surrender into being held,
Supported,
With no intention or expectation,
It's just a hug.
You can let your head rest close on my shoulder,
Let yourself be held and supported,
Feel the love coming into your body,
Swirling around your tummy,
Settling into all of your being.
And the more you feel safe and supported,
The more you can let your body relax,
Let yourself receive.
Automatically our breathing may start to take on the same pace.
Our heartbeats may align and start to beat at the same rhythm.
Our souls may share and exchange.
You can stay in this hug for as long as you need to,
Using your own mind to pull away when you feel the time is right.
