Hello my friends and welcome to this Manifesting Meditation here with Kari.

I'm going to give you five easy,

Simple,

Very successful steps on how to manifest practically anything that you want into your reality.

You may want to manifest many different things.

I suggest each time you do this meditation you focus just on the one thing.

So separate your list out.

Just pick one thing each time you do it.

Start by getting into a comfortable seated position.

Straighten your spine.

Relax your face and your jaw.

Soften your shoulders.

Take a nice big deep breath in to set the intention.

Breathing in,

Nice clean deep breath and then exhale.

Breathe out,

Relax your shoulders and let go.

One more nice big deep breath all the way down to the base of your abdomen and then exhale.

Step number one is to visualize in your mind with your eyes closed that which you want to manifest.

Start to see in your mind that object,

Thing,

Place,

Person,

Money,

Health,

Whatever it is.

See it there in front of your mind.

Step number two is imagine if possible with what it is that you're manifesting these next few things.

Imagine that you're touching the thing that you want to manifest.

You're smelling the thing that you want to manifest.

You're tasting that thing that you want to manifest.

You're involving,

Awakening all of your other senses around that thing that you want to manifest.

You're making it feel in your mind's eye as real as possible.

Really feel like you're touching it or holding it,

Tasting it,

Whatever senses apply.

Do whatever you can to create that thing in your mind feel like it's right there in your fingertips or you are actually experiencing that which you desire.

Your manifestation.

You're living it in this moment in your mind involving as many other senses that you can.

Step number three,

See your life with you and your manifestation as if it already is.

So start to envision yourself with your thing.

Let your mind see yourself happily involved in your manifestation as if you already have it.

If it's a car you're driving it,

If it's a person you're walking with them,

Interacting with them in any way that you want to see in your mind.

If it's money,

Roll around in it.

See it in your bank account.

See it in your wallet.

See it in your purse when you open it up.

See it laid all over the house.

If it's good health,

See your vibrant healthy face and your body.

See yourself exercising.

Look in the weight that you want to look,

Feeling the way that you want to feel.

Live it right now in step number three.

Step number four is part of step number three but now I want you to really focus on it looking,

Feeling,

Being natural.

It just is what it is.

You feel really comfortable doing this,

Having it,

Being it.

It feels so natural.

It feels like you've always had it or you have always been this way or you've always been with this person.

It's meant to be.

It feels so good,

So easy.

Really,

Really get into that vibration with that which you're trying to manifest.

And finally,

Step number five.

Don't doubt yourself in the process.

Don't question yourself in the process.

Don't question when your manifestation is coming.

Don't question how it's coming.

Don't question that you deserve it.

No questioning of any kind.

Don't doubt the process in any way.

That's not allowed in manifestation.

No doubt.

No questioning.

Total belief in it coming.

It's on its way.

It's already here.

It's coming any second.

You just don't have it right now in this moment.

But the reality is it already exists in your reality.

You're just waking it up and making sure that it comes your way.

The desire plus the visualization plus the energy that you're creating all add up to this is the reality that you deserve.

Now,

Just allow it to come.

I suggest you do the meditation,

These five simple steps,

Every day.

No doubt.

No question.

Until that which you manifest comes into your reality.

Make it part of your routine.

Make it feel very natural.

It'll take you literally five or ten minutes every day.

That's it.
