Hello and welcome to this guided breath work experience.
My name is Ben Holt and this breath workflow is brought to you by Awaken Breath.
In this guided breath workflow today we'll be utilizing the power of the mind and the breath together to create a beautiful,
Refreshing,
And relieving experience in the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
This breath workflow is designed to alleviate stress and anxiety and to really cultivate a powerful positive energy in the body.
To begin let's take a nice deep breath through the nose filling up the belly,
Chest,
And head.
Sighing the breath out.
Sighing the breath out.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose.
And let it go.
Go ahead and get into a nice and comfortable position whether you're sitting up with a back straight or lying down.
I invite you to close your eyes and if you're lying down you can even place an eye mask over your eyes to go deeper with him.
Now that you're comfortable and in a good position to begin the meditation go ahead and relax our bodies with your breath inhaling nice and deep and exhaling nice and slow.
Allow for your body and every muscle in your body to fully relax,
Unwind,
And release.
Become soft.
Become more and more relaxed with each and every breath.
I now invite you to visualize and imagine yourself in the most beautiful place in nature that you've ever been.
This can be somewhere that you've been before or somewhere new.
Somewhere you completely create in your mind and heart.
Just allow yourself to transport to this place.
Notice the sounds around you,
The feeling of the earth underneath your feet and your sit bone.
Notice the smells.
Notice the sensations.
How it feels in this beautiful place.
Continue to take deep breaths.
Allow yourself to smile beautifully and allow for every cell in your body to smile as you connect more deeply with this beautiful place in nature.
Continue to take deep breaths through the nose.
I now invite you to invite your favorite people in the world.
It can be loved ones,
Friends,
Spouse,
It can even be a pet.
And just allow for these loved ones to come into this space with you with a big smile on their face.
Feeling happy and welcomed in this beautiful oasis that you've created.
Allow yourself to embrace your loved ones here,
To connect with them,
And to celebrate with them as you begin doing your favorite thing with all of your favorite people and pets here in this place.
You can be dancing,
Singing,
Laughing,
Eating,
Drinking,
Simply connecting with nowhere to be,
No schedule.
You're just being here.
Allow yourself to be with these loved ones.
Allow yourself to just relax into the moment.
And notice the smile on your face,
The smile on your heart.
And breathe deeply into this feeling of love and gratitude.
I now invite you to just notice the colors around you.
What colors pop out to you the most here in this oasis as you play with your favorite beings on the planet?
Notice the colors.
Maybe they're green or gold,
Blue,
Orange,
Red,
Yellow,
Pink.
Whatever color stands out to you the most,
Allow for that color to come to life.
Like a neon dragon dancing in the sky,
Allow for the colors to begin to surround you and your friends and family,
To dance with you,
To connect with you.
And these colors are filled with the energy of this oasis in which you've created.
As those colors swirl around you,
When you breathe them in very deeply in through your nose,
Filling up your entire body with the colors.
And sighing it out.
Continuing to breathe nice and slow.
Just allowing these colors and the energy within them to fill every cell,
To wash,
To cleanse you,
To fill you with vitality,
With life,
With vibrancy.
Taking deep long breaths in through the nose,
Filling up the belly.
The big sigh out.
Nice and slow.
Continue to connect with this oasis,
With your loved ones,
With your favorite activity here.
And with these beautiful colors.
Continue to breathe these colors in through the nose,
Filling up the entire body.
And sighing out all tension,
Letting go of all stress.
Continuing to breathe these beautiful colors that are filled with the energy of community,
Connection,
Laughter,
Joy.
Just continuing to breathe these colors in and out,
Filling up the entire body.
