Hello there.
We are going to try something that may feel a bit of a challenge.
Just allow yourself to be with whatever arises.
There's no right or wrong here.
We're just going to settle in for the next few moments where we are.
Noticing your breath.
Adjusting your body to feel more supported by the surface that you are on.
If it feels right,
Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze and continue to follow your breath with your kind attention.
You may observe the exhales becoming deeper with each breath that you take.
You may also observe that your breath is allowing for tension to release from your body.
And even if you feel a restlessness,
You can observe it and then gently return back to your breath.
I encourage you now to take the next few moments to set an intention for this meditation.
It might be a specific goal,
A desire,
Or something you want to see take shape in your life.
Hold this intention gently in your mind.
Begin to visualize a place where you feel completely at peace.
It could be any natural landscape or a cozy room.
Picture yourself there,
Surrounded by beauty and tranquility.
Feel the sensations of this place,
The warmth or the coolness,
The soothing sounds,
The smells,
Perhaps the softness or gentleness.
In this peaceful place,
Visualize your intention as if it is already realized.
See yourself living in this new reality.
If your intention is a new job,
See yourself at your desk doing work that you love.
If it is improved health,
Imagine yourself vibrant and full of energy.
If it is a relationship,
See yourself with your partner enjoying time together.
Engage all your senses in this visualization.
Hear the sounds,
See the sights,
Feel the textures,
Smell the scents,
And even taste anything that is a part of this new reality.
Make the experience as vivid and detailed as possible.
Allow yourself to feel the emotions that come with having your desire fulfilled.
Notice the feeling of joy,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Or excitement.
Let these positive emotions fill your entire being.
Savor these feelings and hold on to them.
Mentally affirm that this reality is already yours.
Repeat silently to yourself,
I am open to this reality.
I trust the process of life and know that all is well.
I am attracting wonderful opportunities.
I am confident and capable in embracing what is here.
I am surrounded by love and positive energy.
Take a few more deep breaths.
With each exhale,
Release any doubts or resistance.
Trust that the universe is working to bring your desire to you.
Feel a sense of peace and assurance that your intention is on its way.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Adjust your body.
Gradually move it to signal that you're ready to complete this meditation and open your eyes.
Welcome to the present moment.
